Top trip - Top trip. We saw everything and our guide gave us a lot of information about the country and it’s culture and people. I would recommend it to everyone. Nice way to get an impression of muscat.

Wouldn’t change a thing! - This was a great tour and let us (my senior citizen mom & I) experience Muscat with a local. Way better than anything the cruise lines offered! Our guide answered all our questions and was incredibly kind. We don’t like shopping so we spent more time at the other sites. We highly recommend it! 5 stars plus.

Must-do - We had a fabulous time on our private tour. Said was very knowledgeable and kind and was the best guide we could have possibly asked for. This tour is a must do (and if you can, request Said be your guide)a.

Superb half-day tour of Muscat - Our half day tour of Muscat was superb - but this was primarily down to our EXCELLENT tour guide - JAFFRA. He was extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and made the tour incredibly interesting. Outstanding - thank you.

Excellent guide: Mr Jamal - Excellent tour and very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Jamal was our guide and showed us the highlights ofMuscat and got us bargains in the souk Mutrah too. Very knowledgeable and we were able to see places before the big groups came in.

A wonderful cultural experience - My parents and I had a wonderful time exploring and learning about Muscat and its wonderful people with our guide. The tour stroke the perfect balance between cultural sights, incredible views and nature, and hidden gems.

Great tour - Jaffar picked us up at the cruise terminal gate in a large, comfortable, air-conditioned, SUV - right on time. In fact, he was there when we arrived, 15 minutes early. He was friendly, personable, spoke English well, and had a passion for the area, so was an ideal tour guide. He took us to the Grand Mosque first. From there we went to the fish souk and the main souk. Plenty of time to look around. Then Jaafar took us to Old Muscat, where we toured a small museum and stopped for photos at the royal palace. There were some great views on the water as well. He also offered to take us to another museum (not scheduled on the tour). At the end of the tour, Jaafar agreeably dropped us off at the Muscat airport, where we parted ways. The tour was about 4 hrs, which was just right. We highly recommend this tour and Jaafar specifically.

Great - It was great to have our own private city tour of the capital city. Tour guide was amazing took pictures like a pro explained everything and the best part that he was also our tour guide for a long day trip to the forts and to the Grand Canyon.

Great Short Tour of Muscat - The tour operator communicated very well so we could be picked up right at the port. Jaafar was a wonderful guide for our short tour of Muscat. The vehicle was great and he spoke great English and gave us information as we went from site to site, telling us about facts and at each stop. Enjoyed this tour would recommend if you only have 3-4 hours.

Our guide, Ahmed, was... - Our guide, Ahmed, was punctual, pleasant and professional. The vehicle was comfortable for our group of 4 adults. Ahmed told us about the sights and gave us ample time at each stop to explore and take photos. The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque was beautiful and worth the visit. We went to the Bait Al Zubair, a local cultural museum highlighting Omani life and history. Even though we toured the Mutrah Fish Market later in the morning, we were amazed at the variety of fish at each stall. The fruit and vegetable market in the opposite building was nice to wander through. Overall a nice tour.
