Partake in an immersive journey around the whole base of Uluru on a Segway. A Segway is an enjoyable way to travel. Our guides have extensive knowledge and enthusiasm about the region.
During this excursion, you’ll see more facets of Uluru, all while engagingly understanding its environmental aspects, historical background, geological features and the native Indigenous culture.
- Minimum age is 12 & children need to be accompanied by an adult
- This activity is not recommended for those aged over 65 years old.
- This activity is an adventure activity and as such participants must;
- weigh between 45-117kg (99-257 pounds)
- be fit enough to ride a bicycle
- be free from serious vision/balance impairments, illness or injury that may impact your ability to Segway.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with a history of serious spinal injury.
- Not recommended for those who do not have the fitness to ride a bicycle.

Definitely a MUST DO EXPERIENCE! - Wow, wow, wow, we totally loved this. The training beforehand was fantastic and we therefore enjoyed every minute of our roll around Uluru.
Very informative, great stops, would do it again.
Loved that we had the walk too.

Age is no barrier! - This was brilliant! Wasn't sure if I could manage a segway, but no problem which goes to show that age is no barrier! Our guide was great and explained all the legends about the rock, allowed time for photos and was really helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this really great way to explore Uluru.

A must! This is the best….. - This was so much fun and would totally recommend… we did the sunrise tour and it did not disappoint! The tour was well organised and our guide was informative and fun! This is a great way to see the rock all the way around, as well as having fun for the teenagers…

Great - Great guides. FANTASTIC breakfast. We were not going to make our flight unbeknownst to us...they took us to the airport. Had a great tour, seeing the rock up close is not to be missed and hearing story and knowing the meaning was invaluable.

Do it! We loved it - Very professional adventure. Great training, informative guides and great equipment. Amazing to see Uluru and hear the stories of the rock. Sunrise spot was magic and light refreshment for breakfast was just right. Our tour guide Thomas was friendly, informative and had a wonderful nature.

Just Book It and Enjoy - Great fun and such an easy way to see Uluru - bring some gloves and warm gear and you’ll enjoy it.

Don't miss the Segway trip round the rock! - We had the best time! The pre-training on the Segway made me slightly apprehensive but a brisk "trust your Segway" and "you can't fall frontwards" was the best advice, and off we set. Can't recommend this highly enough. Great guides, Lizzy and Faith. Just the best!

Fantastic Segway experience ! - Segway tour around the base is a fantastic way to explore. You get to see the whole rock within a time frame where you can’t do on foot.
Sunrise & breakfast is average , the spot where we do breakfast isn’t a good spot for sunrise. Frozen croissants & muffins for breakfast can surely be improved.

A fun experience - Staff were very patient teaching me how to operate the Segway. They were firm on the rules yet friendly and helped make it a memorable experience. Breakfast was very average and when the temperature is -2 having cold coffee and hot water was very disappointing. In the modern world this could be improved upon.
