• For the Balloon Flight + Teotihuacán and Basilica of Guadalupe, the drop-off location is the same as the meeting one, although you have the opportunity to stay at Basilica de Guadalupe if you wish as long as you want and return on your own.
• Flight duration may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.
• It is important that data such as name, weight, and health conditions must be provided.
• Children must be at least 4 years old and have a height greater than 1.20 m to fly on the balloon.
• Sandals, high heels, and flip-flops are not allowed.
• Backpacks, suitcases, bags, backpacks, or any bulky objects cannot go on the balloon with you.
• Selfie sticks nor any other object that remains outside the balloon’s basket is not allowed.
• The maximum weight allowed per person to carry out the activity is 150 kg.
