Great team, very human and willing to serve - The best thing about the experience was the treatment of all the staff, from the way to answer me by phone late at night, to people at the reception, the friendliness and the experience of the captain. Even the weather helped to have a great experience.

Magic Experience - I went with my partner and what a beautiful experience, we celebrated our third anniversary in the clouds and with the majestic view of the pyramids of Teotihuacan.
Simply a magical experience, I totally recommend it.
Plus they passed us to Mexico City and dropped us off near our Hotel, we felt super safe

Spectacular family trip - Hot air ballooning over Teotihuacan was an unforgettable experience. I went with my family and, from the moment we were greeted the experience was too good, the view was simply spectacular. We could see the majestic pyramids of the Sun and Moon from a unique perspective, surrounded by stunning scenery. It was definitely the best experience we have ever shared together, full of laughter and wonder. An adventure we will always remember!

The greatest journey I've ever had - Wooow, it was amazing, I took my whole family and they fit perfectly in the basket, it's perfect when you go with a group.

Unique experience - The experience is wonderful, it is great fun and looks amazing.
The attention is warm from the moment you arrive, they are super attentive from the transfer until everything is concluded.
An experience that is definitely worthwhile, I went with my friends and would love to go with my family.
