- Weather: In the event of lightning, outdoor attractions will be closed for the safety of all guests.
- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and well-being.
- A Viator/TripAdvisor confirmation booking will be sent at the time of confirmation is not the official ticket.
- Confirmation email will be sent at time of booking. E tickets will be sent by 24 hours before the tour.
- Tickets are valid for Date and time selected. Valid identity proof required.
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.

Admission ticket was okay but not necessary - Kuala Lumpur is my favorite place due to its architectural places , attractions, and weather. We also had places like Legoland and of course it's a place for kids, we went there and my 10 year old enjoy so much. We had admission ticket so we didn't wait in lines. I think some times when the place get crowded at that time you need it otherwise in normal days you can get inside without it.

Engaging way to explore - The services provided were excellent, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring smooth experience. We pleasantly surprised by the food prices inside, which were quite okay but not too reasonable.
Overall it was wonderful day and we can't wait to return.

Fun filled day - Due to admission tickets we were inside the park in no time.the themed areas were vibrant and full of creative Lego structures.

Legoland with my kids - Me and boy's were planning this tour for so long time and we made it.
Admission tickets was best decision, because place get crowded sometimes.

Great experience. - We decided to stay here because it was close to Legoland (20 min in taxi, make sure you have GRAB app) . Room and beds were clean and tidy. Air-con works perfect for the hot weather. Swimming pool was great.
We have added breakfast, but just be aware that is Malaysia food only.
