Charleston fun day - Wonderful day trip to Charleston from Myrtle Beach. Our bus driver was wonderful. Very clear and made the trip run smoothly and was an excellent driver. The carriage ride was very interesting and a great way to see some of Charleston. Our ride on the boat was fun even though we did not stop at the fort. Lear many things about the harbor and had a very good lunch (Ham & Turkey and cheese on hoagie roll) cookies and chips). Boone Plantation was beautiful and enjoyed our tour of the property and home. The only thing that would have made it better is to have been able to walk a bit in Charleston. After the carriage ride, we had to run to the bus to stay on our time scheduled which did not allow us time to go to the market or walk the waterfront.

Must do in Myrtle beach - Excellent tour! We couldn’t have done all of the scheduled events ourselves in one day. Wendy our driver is wonderful. She’s an excellent driver, always concerned about her passengers safety and comfort.

Trip was excellent - Trip was excellent. Our driver, Wendy Beck was extremely professional and made sure we enjoyed the trip. Only disappointment, which was outside of the control of the tour, was that the iconic Battery Row houses are under major renovation. So we did not get that famous Battery Row photo. However, of course there are lots of other beautiful homes in town. Boone Plantation was iconic and we especially enjoyed the ancestor of the slaves presentation.

A great day trip. - The entire trip was great. From the transportation, the carriage ride through downtown Charleston, the market the harbor tour and the Boone plantation. The narration was very informative. I highly recommend this day trip.

Tour of Charleston - Charleston was a great trip to see. Great history of Charleston the carriage ride was fun and informative. Buildings and homes are beautiful. The smell of Jasmine down many streets was delicious. And the boat ride was very informative. Boone plantation Was very informative and interesting history. The driver of the bus was informative and got us to all of our spots was very pleasant. Would recommend to others.

My First Time in Myrtle Beach - The bus ride was good however the individual stops on the tour were not organized well especially at the Carolina Bell. If the boarding area had been changed that should have been communicated instead of having us continuously walking and getting nowhere.

Pleasant day, enjoyed the other tour participants and great driver. - Touring Boone Hall Plantation with very informed guides and presenters was what we enjoyed the most. Could have had more history and stories with the other tours, not just telling what we were seeing.

Definitely worth doing! - After a very rocky start booking, figuring out where to catch the bus, including being told a later time for pickup - we would have missed the bus except for an additional talk with someone from the company…it was a very good experience. The bus driver was very helpful and friendly. She let my husband follow the bus to a free spot to park which saved us a lot of money! We thoroughly enjoyed the horse and carriage ride. Even had a few minutes to shop. We had no idea what to expect at the Boone plantation. It was very interesting. We could have stayed longer. Great destination for a future trip maybe. Most tours include a bottle of water on the bus. This did not so bring your own. You can leave things on the bus during the day. That was great. We needed light jackets earlier in the day but not later. Great trip!

Just ok - Just ok. The beach seemed dirty, to be fair I’m spoiled by the clear gulf water and soft white sand, but there was a lot of trash in the area. I live near Branson MO and this seemed like Branson on the beach.
We took a nice dolphin cruise out of Murrells Inlet. Also spent a day at Brookgreen Gardens that was very nice.

Mixed review - The Boone plantation experience which includes the Gullah storytelling and mansion tour stands out. The tour of Charleston Horse driven carriage was borderline average in that our guide was just "ok". The cruise was disappointing. The tour company should've told us to eat breakfast first since you had such a mandatory early start.
