A Soulful Step Back in Time

As a family travel writer, I’m always on the lookout for experiences that can entertain both adults and kids alike. When I heard about the Motown Tribute Show in Myrtle Beach, I knew it was something I had to experience. The idea of a musical journey through the iconic sounds of the 1960s and ‘70s was too tempting to resist. So, I packed up the family and headed to the GTS Theatre, ready to be transported back to a time when music was a unifying force.

The moment we stepped into the theater, the atmosphere was electric. The anticipation in the air was palpable as we settled into our seats. Additionally, the seating arrangement was a bit of a surprise. Our tickets included reserved seating with a cocktail table, but we found ourselves sharing the table with another group. It was a bit cramped, especially with snacks in the mix. However, these small issues didn’t overshadow the enjoyment of the evening.
