I wish we could see at least a pick of the volcano, but still a good trip - Great experience! Giovanni was our tour guide, and he was excellent! He picked us up in time and kept us entertained the entire trip. He has a lot of stories to tell! Unforgettable trip!

One in a Million Tour Guide & Excursion Experience - Pablo was THE BEST tour guide I’ve ever had. He was so personable, attentive and funny and made the drive to and from the destination feel so much shorter. He is truly a gem and I’m so glad we were able to cross paths and learn so much about the history and culture of Costa Rica from him. He also took a lot of pictures so we could document all the fun we had through out the day. As for activities, the most memorable part of the experience was the water slides. It goes very fast and the plunge into the pool after the uphill journey was refreshing and made it all worth it. The only thing I wish we were able to see that we didn’t was the waterfall but unfortunately, there wasn’t really much to see because the waterfall had dried up prior to our visit. We opted out of the hike to see it since it would have been more of a small stream of water than anything else. Even still, the tons of other activities packed into the day made up for it. Pablo thank you for a wonderful experience in Costa Rica. My bf and I have not stop talking about how fun you were since we got back. Take care!

Best Day Ever! - Ricardo, was a great tour guide and driver! His English was great. He also was flexible and acommidating. He even stopped us by walmart ro get a suitcase for our flight home.

Ricardo Guide was awesome - Ricardo was amazing! Ask for him! He's so friendly and so great at his job! So very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope he does great going forward in his career and we will be SURE to see him again 😀 We did the volcano hiking and horseback riding, waterfall tour, mud bath, sauna, hot tub, and he even helped us make an additional stop along the way back home. He's wonderful ❤️

The Best Day for 1st timers and families! - Georgin Obando was our guide and he was great! He was a safe driver, gave us a great overview of Costa Rica as first timers, and had a wealth of knowledge of the activities at the adventure park. This tour is essentially a day pass to Buena Vista del Rincon Ecoadventure Park Hotel. Upon arrival, you will be guided through several activities on site. We did a 7 canopy zipline tour, a extremely fast waterslide, hanging bridges, horseback riding, a cultural presentation with snacks, and a traditional Costa Rican yummy lunch, sauna, volcanic mud mask, and hot springs spa (man made and temperature controlled) There was plenty water available on site but I would still bring your own. Towels are available on site so no need to pack your own. There are plenty bathroom facilities on site which is a parent's dream. The adventures close at 4 pm so you sometimes feel a bit rushed but the timing was decent. It makes for a long day but its worth it!!
