Excellent and reliable service - Excellent service. It took too long in Immigration and then we went to get data SIM card and exchange of money, airport transfer waited for us and they have our name plate to recognise them clearly. It was smooth ride to Hilton and luggage been take care well.

Easy airport pickup - No stress arrival. The Fijian drivers were so helpful, another driver helped me find mine, no trouble. Driver was courteous and professional.

Airport transfer and day trip - Ali was our driver for the transfer from the airport to The Outrigger. On request, he took us to a local store on the way to our accommodation to buy some supplies. On the drive, Ali was so informative about the history and culture of Fiji, we ended up booking a private day trip around the Coral Coast with him during our stay. We travelled as a family of four, and found Uniquely Fiji’s prices very affordable for both the transfer and day trip.

Best family holiday - We have just gotten back home from our recent trip to Fiji, we had Ali from uniquely he was absolutely amazing organised so many meaningful outings and has given us many memories we couldn’t be happier with Ali’s insights to the country and all round how he was would recommend every day of the week Thankyou.

Great experience! - The driver was a little late as he was dropping someone else off but he returned within 30 mins and was kind and patient as he then had to wait for other members of the group.

Efficient and Comfortable Airport Transfer - Booked Uniquely Fiji for transfer from Nadi Airport to Warwick on the Coral Coast about a two hour drive. Staff were waiting at arrivals with a sign with my name on it. They introduced me to driver so all went smooth.
Car was big and spacious like a small van. Easily fit our 4 person family. Could probably fit at least 2-3 more and plenty of room for luggage. Had air con and tinted windows. Asked driver if we could stop on the way to stock up on water and snacks and he said no problem and we did that. Driver waited patiently while we shopped.
Driver was friendly and helpful pointing out different things along the way and giving tips for sight seeing.
We were so impressed we booked Uniquely Fiji for the return trip back to the airport at the end of the holiday. Just emailed the staff and easily booked. Similar car on the return trip. Recommend this company.

I recommend the transfer but not that driver - Clean, cheap and convenient Nadi-Airport to Hotel transfer. The transfer took just 15 minutes and was value for money and I would highly recommend it to other travellers.
However, I need to mention the not so good experience in locating/finding the airport pick up driver. My wife and I landed in Nadi around 8.30 pm, and travelling in Bus Class, we were amongst the first passengers to deplane. After immigration, we got to the arrivals hall and saw several drivers branding name plates and looking for their passengers, but we could not find anybody with our name plate.
Finally, afer looking for around 15 minutes, I saw someone from Uniquefly with carrying a nameplate of another passenger. Since Aviator had informed me that our tranfer would be carried out by Uniquefly, I asked that person if we were on his list of passengers, to which he pointed me to someone standing next to him. That person had no name plates with him and looked completely disinterested and was probably wishing that his pick up passengers do not turn up. I asked him if he was waiting for us, he said yes. When I asked him as to why he was not holding a name plate with our name he did not answer.
So my question is, how on earth am I suppose to know who our driver is? Uniquefly should ensure that the driver it sends to pick up passengers carry name plates.

It was okay but not ideal - We were met at the airport arrivals after we got through customs etc. taken to the side and walked to the drivers car/small minivan / like a Toyota estima for our pre booked transfer to our hotel on the coral coast. The vehicle had a strange noise like aircon fan working hard - but also sounded like a broken stereo speaker - the whole time. He did t speak much unless we asked him questions directly, and we were expecting someone perhaps a bit more friendly and forthcoming with info after the great reviews we’d read.
Maybe because customs was so slow he was running late ? It took us over an hour from landing to getting through customs and baggage collection etc, which was frustrating - but they did specifically ask us for our landing time, not what time we expected to be ready to depart. He seemed to be in a hurry for something though didn’t drive particularly quickly for much of the trip. The price was great but just not sure we’d use them again unless we had a better vehicle than the one we had.

Hit & Miss (Unfortunately) - I pre-booked Uniquely Fiji for return airport transfers to Denarau through Booking.com for my 5 day trip to Fiji from Australia. Travelling on my own with one bag.
The pick up from airport was great. My driver Joe, was there on time, friendly, polite, drove safely, clean car and I had a great trip from airport to Hilton Hotel late at night, chatting to Joe about all things Fiji. This is my 5th visit to Fiji.
My return trip, not so great.....
I received an email from Booking.com to remind me of my upcoming airport transfer precisely 24 hours in advance. My flight time had changed and when I got the reminder, I realised I needed to be picked up 30 minutes earlier than the arrangement. Stupidly, Booking.com does not allow changes to the booking under 24 hours, so once you receive the reminder email, it is too late to make a change! : (
So, I decide to ring Uniquely Fiji directly at 8.18am (pickup time 7am following day). I spoke to a friendly woman who took all of my details and the change I needed to make and said she'd call me back. She did call me back at 9.10am and confirmed she had changed my booking from 7am to 6.30am and it wouldn't be a problem.
The following morning I arrived at reception at 6.20am to wait for my ride. By 6.45am, reception staff at Hilton Hotel were worried and called Uniquely Fiji on my behalf. They were told my booking was 7am and not 6.30am but that the "driver was on the way" anyway.
The driver arrived at 7.07am.
His van was fine, however his driving was not. Speeding from the minute I got in the van, overtaking a school bus on the wrong side of the road on a blind corner. I have experienced erratic driving in Fiji on other occasions and it's not fun!
Honestly, I don't know if I would use Uniquely Fiji again. Joe was great and if I could request him specifically, I would, but if I was to get a random driver, I'm not sure.
Luckily I did get to the airport with time to spare but the stress of getting there later than planned is not a good way to end a holiday!
