Great Cultural Experience. A must do - The hot springs and mud bath were excellent, and the Garden of the Sleeping Giant was beautiful, but the highlight was meeting the families at the Viseisei Village.
They spend time with you, talking about their history, culture and religion. From their origins to current-day customs. They also offer small handmade jewellery and other items to support the village.
We appreciated the warm welcome from the village and the time we spent there. Vanaka
PS: To visit the Village, ensure ladies have their shoulders covered, and men and women shouldn't wear hats.
