• Archaeological Site Mycenae - We will travel to the mythical Kingdom of Agamemnon, where one of the most brilliant cultures of Greek prehistory, the Mycenaean civilization, developed. We will then head to the Lions Gate, the monumental entrance of the palaces. Next, we will see the Cyclopean walls around the Acropolis and the royal tholos tombs of Agamemnon and Clytemnestra and also the Treasury of Atreus, a magnificent 14th century BC structure.
• Ancient Corinth (Archaia Korinthos) - Next we will make a small stop to the Corinth Canal which connects the Gulf of Corinth with the Saronic Gulf.

We will then stroll around the ancient city of Corinth and see the famous temple of Apollo, built in the 6th century BC and follow the steps of Apostle Paul.

• The Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus - We continue the tour to ancient Epidaurus, where we explore the ancient theater, one of the most famous and best preserved archaeological monuments in Greece and Unesco’s world heritage listed monument. It is reputed to be the birthplace of Apollo’s son Asklepios the healer.
• Sanctuary of Asklepios - We will then visit his temple and the Asclepieion, the center of healing for the whole of ancient Greece.

Setting off from Nafplion, your first destination is the historical site of Mycenae. Following this, you will make your way to the Lions Gate, the grand entrance to the royal estates. You’ll then view the Cyclopean barricades surrounding the Acropolis, as well as the beehive-shaped burials of Atreus and Clytemnestra.

Subsequently, you will be taken to the Corinth Canal, a manmade waterway linking the Corinthian bay with the Saronic Gulf and Ancient Corinth, a site famed for Apollo’s temple and Apostle Paul’s steps. The ancient Epidaurus will be your next destination on the tour, giving you the opportunity to uncover the historical theatre, one of Greece’s most renowned archaeological landmarks.
