Worth it - Costo and Agatha were excellent hosts and instructors. Costo found a way to engage all the participants even the non cooks. We also learned several aspects of the culture, wine and food. The finishing product was fantastic and the group of 5 of us had an absotuely enjoyable afternoon with meal.

An evening not to be missed! - This was one of our favorite experiences in Greece. Costas and Agathe we're warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of being in their home. We felt like we should have brought a housewarming gift! We had the pleasure of having the wine tasting tour and lunch the previous day, so we were expecting a fantastic meal and we were certainly not disappointed! Costas is traditional yet innovative in his approach to Greek cooking. Agathe's wine selections from the Nemea region were the perfect pairings. This is an experience not to be missed.

Wonderfully relaxed and informative cooking class - We had a wonderful time with Costas and Agathi. We cooked a fabulous meal and learned so much about Greek cuisine and wines. Costas and Agathi are so warm and personable we felt comfortable and at ease straight away. We enjoyed it so much we have booked another class before we go home.

One of our best tours of our entire trip ! - Was a fantastic day, filled with learning some Great cooking techniques and fabulous food with great people. Kostas and his wife were so fun and made the day. Would do it again for sure.

Highlight of our trip - My teenage kids and I spent 2 weeks in Greece and had such a great time throughout but if we had to pick our favourite highlight, it would've been this cooking class with Savor Nafplio. We learned how to make Costa's take on a Greek salad on cucumber soup, stuffed zucchini and meatballs, pork tenderloin, and orange pie. Costas taught us professional techniques and variations of how we could substitute with other meats or veggies. I joked that this may be the most I'll ever see my kids work in a kitchen (it's a lot of arm twisting to get them to help me at home) so Costas got them to do a little bit more, and they did it happily. When we got to eat, each dish was delicious, and on top of that, Agathi was pouring thoughtfully selected wines for each dish. I never thought I'd hear the words "oh my god, this cucumber soup is so good" or "this stuffed zucchini is so good" come out of my kids' mouths. Thanks for the great experience!

Exceptional experience - Brilliant experience. We cooked a 4 course meal. We are 2 adults and 4 x 17 year olds. Exceptional ingredients and tuition. The meals were delicious and the wine pairings for the adults made it outstanding. We all loved it and highly recommend it.

Family friendly Fun! - From the moment you step into Costas’s beautiful space, you are greeted like old friends and the tone is set. We are a family of four (kids ages 11 and 14 years) with a very energetic son, Costas recognized that immediately and got him to work. Both Costas and his wife Agathi work beautifully with the children and get them interested and excited about cooking. Meanwhile my husband and I sampled wines from Nemea that perfectly complemented our dishes. Costas is an excellent chef who tailor made our dishes to accommodate our dietary restrictions and made beautiful food that encouraged our children to try new things. We can’t say enough good things about Savor and would recommend any family traveling to the beautiful town of Nafplio to book a class and get a chance to connect with this wonderful local family.
