The hiking trail from Nagarkot to Changunarayan is incredibly scenic. Along the way, the path passes through the charming Tamang Village (locals of Nagarkot), beautiful terraced farms, a deciduous rhododendron forest, and a picturesque suspension bridge.
The trail concludes at an ancient UNESCO heritage site dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is one of the oldest temples in the Kathmandu Valley, renowned for its exquisite wooden carvings.
The journey ends with a drive back to Kathmandu.

Sunrise @ Narakot - I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating the driver was. He would always go beyond what is required to make the tour enjoyable and comfortable. This company is 100% recommended! 👍👍👍

A Trusted Contact to visit Nepal - Milan and his staff ensured that we were safe and comfortable wherever we visited. This was one of the best holiday I've had; the speechlessly beautiful and grand mountains, the kind hospitality of Nepali people and the many religious places to go for spiritual reflection. Nagarkot Day Hike with Sports Tours and Travel - Nagarkot day hike tour organized by Sports Tours & Travel was one of the most memorable tours on my two weeks long stay in Nepal.
1.Nagarkot has avery pleasant view himalayan snow mountains.
2.The trail was filled with biodiversity .
I was picked up from my hotel on a very sharp time as mentioned on my itinerary.We drove along Bhaktapur and eventually steep uphill drive to Nagarkot .During my road drive I found my car on a very good condition and my driver was very experienced.
We had a cup of tea at small tea hut and continue our day hike .
The trail had best view of snow mountains all the way from start point till to the end .
I found my second half more interesting and more natural .During my four hours of hike i found my guide Mr Surya was familiar with trail ,very friendly ,well experienced.
I and my friend Lisa are so thankful to Sports Tours and Travel making this trip so memorable.We highly recommended Sports Tours and travel to everyone.We hape to see you again.

Best services @ very reasonable cost. - We choose sports tours and travel for our sightseeing around kathmandu including small hiking,the travel agent recommended by our one the friends in kathmandu..
Wow!!! all amazing services, specially driver and guide pradip superb..smooth driving and much knowledge about Nepali culture,religion,history and many more.

Excellent hike for those with limited time in Kathmandu - This is a very well planned and executed day hike for those with limited time in Kathmandu! Our guide and driver were fantastic, super friendly, and genuinely happy to show us their country. They picked us up early and made the drive to Nagarkot, where we watched a beautiful sunrise. We then got a tasty breakfast in a local village, and then started the hike. The hike itself is easy, but I was struggling, as I was getting over a head cold and some congestion. Our guide was patient with me in that regard! Lovely stops along the way for tea, bamboo swing time, and homemade rice wine in a village. The driver was very sweet and even offered us peanuts and fruit, which were delicious. When we asked to be dropped of at one of the Stupas outside of town, they didn't hesitate...even got out of the car and directed us where to go next. The value for the money is great, and I highly recommended this day hike! I only feel horrible that I forgot their names, but when my husband and I go back, we'll definitely book with them again! Nagarkot day hike - Best day hiking around green hill with spectacular mountain & green valley .
Entire trail gives you amazing mountain view that passes through indigenous tamang people busy making house wine on the trail are so amazing.
The trail completely makes you day beautiful.
