Pick Up Information:
- The driver will wait at the airport arrival hall or your chosen pick-up location within the service area.
- Contact your driver upon arrival at the pick-up location. Driver’s contact details will be provided at least one day before departure (or at the latest, three hours before departure). Please note the driver’s contact information.
- For departure services, the driver will pick you up at the address provided during checkout.
- Ensure your phone’s International Roaming Service is activated before departure.

- The driver will be punctual and wait up to 90 minutes. After the initial 90 minutes, an overtime charge of JPY3,500 per hour applies.
- For flight delays under 2 hours, the driver will wait up to 120 minutes without surcharge.
- For delays over 2 hours, you can cancel without surcharge or pay JPY3,500 per hour for the driver to wait.
