Once a booking is made, the client will be contacted by our Travel Desk to confirm their address (within city limits) and arrange their trip according to the provided itinerary. The car will arrive at the address 10 minutes before the scheduled trip, and an authentication number will be provided to the client to commence the journey. Upon completion of the trip, the client will be dropped off at their specified address, hotel, or residence (within city limits).
