Great people - I did diving for the first time with this company and I would honestly like to thank them for the experience. The dive was good but unfortunately the sea was rough that day and I got very sick. Everybody on board has been very helpful and patient. Please note and take sea sickness medication before🙏🏻

Experience of a lifetime - Went with my wife and kids and had a blast. We have never scuba dived before and were a little apprehensive at first but the guides were professional, spoke English, very friendly, and with you every step. The water was clear and blue and the fish and corals were beautiful. We even had a sea turtle buddy swimming with us.

Snorkeling In Kerama - Such a cool and unique experience. Our diving teacher was Oikawa. He was very patient, kind and accommodating since we had never gone on something like this before. We were picked up from the meeting point on time and the transported to the Kerama Islands in a breeze. After finishing up with the snorkeling and diving which were a blast, we were then taken back to our hotel.

Great time - Great staff, beautiful locations, diving was super fun and snorkeling was too. Bringing seasick medicine though because the ride can be very bumpy. The food was not bad and the water was clear and beautiful. They took a lot of great photos too that we got for free. We had a great time.

Full-Day Introductory diving & snorkeling in the Kerama Islands, Okinawa YES PLEASE!! - What an amazing time. My family and I went on this trip, and it was unbelievable. The crew were great, very patient and took care of all of us very well. All of my family dove including my WIFE, I was shocked. I never thought she'd dive but she did, and she had a great time, and I couldn't have been prouder of her and my kids 22, 19, 18 yr olds who also had never dove. The snorkeling was awesome as well we were snorkeling with sea turtles! My wife loves snorkeling. I'm already dive certified, so this was a good get back into the game dive for me and now has reignited my passion for diving. Kerama Islands are just amazing and beautiful. If you've never dove or never have been to the Kerama Islands this is a must do! I've dove there before back in 2001-2002 when we were stationed at Kadena AB.

Best trip ever - It’s hard to pick just one part to be my favourite. Everything was great. The location was amazing, the staff were lovely and helpful, lunch was delicious, the driving was incredible and I’ll never forget it. Honestly the best thing I’ve done in life and I would recommend it to anyone I talk to!

Best dive trip ever! - This was the best dive trip ever. My son had never scuba dived before but the staff were so kind and courteous and walked us through each step of the process. On the dive they gave us individual attention with a personalized guide for every two people. The water was so clear and blue that you could really see forever. If you are brand new or an experienced diver I would highly recommend this trip you will love it.

Fully worth the money. I... - Fully worth the money. I have only one remark about the lack of warm-up before swimming; personally, I didn't expect it to be so strenuous, which resulted in strong arm pains for the rest of the day after the trip.

Beautiful tour, be aware of health disclosures in diving requirements - Overall the experience out on the water was great. Unfortunately I was denied diving upon checkin because I disclosed that I took medication. Their policy is any medication could be harmful so you need doctor approval, no matter what it is. My husband was still permitted to dive and he really enjoyed it. I only had the option to snorkel the whole time while everyone else on the boat dove. It is a lovely location and the crew were extremely responsive and helpful. After the trip they sent photos they took of us in the water. I do not know if this was a mixup on Viator or the dive company or both because I was not made aware prior to the reservation booking that I would need a doctor signoff. I am PADI certified so I should probably have known that this sort of thing is common, but considering this is offered to non certified divers, I was surprised at the lack of forewarning. After booking they send out your reservation details and in the know before you go section there is a link to a medical check. They do not provide any other language other than the link itself, so I missed this prior to my trip. Then on the medical check it still does not specify what would be grounds for not participating. They list a ton of conditions, ranging from hyper specific (BMI>35) to vague, like any sort of injury. This is not an intake form however, and the language does not really make clear that you need to present a doctor signoff if you are going to declare you have these problems. Intake form happens at the dive shop, and this sheet is not the same as what it is on the website. I totally understand there is some cultural and language barriers here, so I am doing my best to describe my experience for others who will undoubtedly have a similar experience. I was really disappointed in not being able to dive and could have easily preempted this if I knew I needed a doctor note and/or what my personal health disclosures would mean.

Irresponsible - There were severe thunderstorms on the day of my reservation to the point that I received an emergency landslide warning from the environment ministry on my phone. Marine Berry did not consider this enough of a reason to cancel the excursion and refused to refund me. They also wouldn't allow me to dive due to my antidepressant prescription which was not a problem in two other countries, and wouldn't reduce the cost of my trip to a snorkeling trip. Not wanting to lose my payment, I decided if the boat captain was comfortable going out in this weather we would go. The waves were so terrible half the partcipants got deeply seasick and puked the whole time. This caused the crew to decide to stay at our second location rather than proceeding to a third location, and cut the trip short. No one received any compensation for this. Despite the booking process being in English and the tour saying they had english speaking guides, only one guide spoke english and he provided very little guidance. My husband was allowed to dive but they held his hands the whole 5 minutes that he was down there (we were promised 30) doing a photoshoot. They gave him no instructions so when he got underwater his ears were in a lot of pain. There was thunder and lightning the entire time we were in the boat and in the water. The crew discarded several locations because the waters were too rough to stop the boat. Where we did snorkel the visibility was poor because of the storm. I gave this two stars instead of one because the Kerama Island corals are a treasure and if you have the opportunity to see them another way you should.
