Ruta de Las Flores Tour - This tour was amazing! We booked it the day before and we liked how private our experience was! We went to 4 different towns with our guide Gerson who was also accompanied by Sandra who drove us all around. He told us a lot of history from each spot, he was very knowledgeable and patient. We also unexpectedly went to reptile museum where you could hold a python! Gerson also helped find something I was craving! Which was a “charamusca” and oh man was I sooo happy after finally getting one in the last town! The coffee was seriously out of this world and the views throughout the tour were breathtaking. I highly recommend taking this tour at least once!

Perfect tour for culture and coffee lovers - We were looking for a tour which allowed us to see parts of El Salvador outside the big city but since we were not interested in the beach or hiking a volcano, this was the perfect tour for us. Melissa and her driver picked us up right on time at our hotel and we drove 2 hours in a comfortable air condo minivan out west of San Salvador. The tour took us to some small towns where we saw some of the local culture. It was helpful to have a guide take us through the local markets because it would’ve been overwhelming on our own. The highlight of the trip was having lunch at a restaurant. I thought it would just be lunch and a coffee tasting but there is a coffee farm on site! We were led through the back of the restaurant to a set of tree lined steps leading up a hill to the coffee farm. Melissa gave us an overview of different types of coffee, the varieties most common in El Salvador, etc. Our tour guide Melissa was very knowledgeable and always asking if we needed a restroom break. Thank you for a lovely tour of the Ruta de las Flores!

Fun tour! - I had such a great time visiting Ruta de Las Flores such a beautiful quaint town. Gerson is a very knowledgeable tour guide; he knows the history well and I learned a ton from him. Walter was our driver and he made me feel safe and secure, especially since we were driving during a tropical storm! They make a great team. Gerson needs to practice his picture taking skills, but responds well to instruction lol. Great tour, very professional, and showed up on time!

Adventure Outing - Went on this full day adventure to the colorful small towns of El Salvador. One of the best days because a highlight is a stop at the Albania Cafe for the adrenaline minded folks. With me we're guide Lisbeth and driver Alessandro. They were fantastic. They made freq stops along viewpoint and never felt rushed or prodded along. Without a doubt the best day with the best combo guide driver.

Exciting and Educational - This is an excellent tour for anyone wanting to learn more about the history of El Salvador, and get out of the hustle and bustle of San Salvador for a day. Our tour guide, Wendy, was very delightful and well educated on all the spots we visited. Our driver Walter was equally a delight and very insightful as well. We visited four main locations: three different colonial/indigenous towns, as well as the restaurant we ate lunch and experienced the coffee tasting. Each town was unique for its own reason, with craft markets and cathedrals, that Wendy can tell you all about. They paced the tour very well, allowing us the time to explore the craft markets and towns and pick out a few souvenirs to our liking. Prices in all the towns and restaurant are very reasonable. The restaurant they select for the tour is called: Entre Nubes. It is the perfect location. It has a beautiful jungle garden you can explore while waiting for your food and a rich atmosphere. The employee they have provide the coffee tasting from the restaurant is very nice and well informed, and can provide the coffee tasting experience in English or Spanish. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience a wonderful day learning about the history and culture along the Ruta de Flores!
