Didn’t Complete Service - Was unable to complete this service. Trip was canceled. Was unable to get any funds back however it was a short notice cancellation.

Safari Achilles airport pick up no show up Terrible Oct 3 2024 (8pm). - The driver never showed up all. Sent several messages before the date and no response. I have to pay more more worried late at night foreign country, tired from flight. I suggest that you disciplined,/,reprimand them. I hope that they show up on the 12 Oct 2024 @ 8:30am. Fingers crossed. But they do not acknowledge my communications. For the damage not only refund but also the amount I paid for the new taxi
