NAIROBI – MASAI MARA
Maasai Mara National Reserve - The team will arrange for your pickup from either the airport or your Nairobi hotel and transfer you to the office, where you will meet the driver guide and other group members. Departure for Maasai Mara Game Reserve is scheduled between 8:30 am and 8:45 am, with the first stop at the viewpoint…
NAIROBI – MASAI MARA
Maasai Mara National Reserve - The team will arrange for your pickup from either the airport or your Nairobi hotel and transfer you to the office, where you will meet the driver guide and other group members. Departure for Maasai Mara Game Reserve is scheduled between 8:30 am and 8:45 am, with the first stop at the viewpoint to admire the Great Rift Valley escarpment wall. After descending the escarpment, the journey continues to Narok town for an early lunch. Arrival at Miti Mingi Eco Camp is expected around 3:00 pm, followed by check-in and an evening game drive until sunset. Dinner will be served at the camp, followed by an overnight stay.
MASAI MARA GAME VIEWING
Maasai Mara National Reserve - Enjoy breakfast at the camp, then depart before 8:00 am with a packed lunch for an extensive 9-hour game viewing. Maasai Mara boasts the highest number of different species, offering the chance to see hundreds of them. A game drive to Mara River is essential; if it’s migration time, you’ll witness it, otherwise, you’ll see crocodiles and hippos at the river. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, then continue the game drive until 5:00 pm. After leaving the park, you have at least 2 hours for optional activities. Relax at the camp, take a nature walk with Maasai warriors, or visit the Maasai village. Dinner will be served at the camp, followed by a bonfire and overnight stay.
MAASAI MARA – LAKE NAKURU
Lake Nakuru - Embark on an early morning game drive from 6:30 am to 8:30 am, then return to the camp for a full breakfast. Check out and depart from the Maasai Mara region for Lake Nakuru, with lunch en route. Enjoy views of Mount Longonot and consider an optional activity at Lake Naivasha if interested. Arrival in Nakuru Town is expected in the evening. Check in at Citymax Hotel or a similar establishment, where dinner will be served, followed by an overnight stay.
LAKE NAKURU – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Lake Nakuru - After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Lake Nakuru, renowned for its endangered species [Rhinos] and flamingos. Although flamingo numbers may vary, sightings of Rhinos among other Big Five are guaranteed. Lake Nakuru is not a large park, and within 4 hours, you’ll have seen plenty.
Amboseli National Park - Depart the park with lunch en route and drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving late in the evening. Proceed to Amboseli Kimana Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
AMBOSELI FULL DAY
Mount Kilimanjaro - After breakfast at the lodge, depart with a packed lunch for a full day of game viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro, then continue the game drive until 5:00 pm. You’ll encounter the Jumbo elephants of Amboseli and other magnificent animals as they graze and bathe in the swampy areas. Return to the lodge for optional activities or relax while admiring Mount Kilimanjaro. Later, dinner and an overnight stay will be at Amboseli Kimana Camp.
AMBOSELI – NAMANGA BORDER – ARUSHA
Mount Kilimanjaro - Start the day with a cup of tea/coffee, then proceed for a morning game drive, capturing the sunrise and taking stunning pictures. During the 2 nights in Amboseli, you’ll likely see Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak.
Arusha - Depart Amboseli National Park and drive to the Namanga border for immigration, then catch a shuttle bus to Arusha. Upon arrival, meet the Absolute Holiday Safaris crew and transfer to Stereo Hotel for a reserved bed and breakfast. Dinner arrangements are flexible, either at the hotel or nearby restaurants.
ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Tarangire National Park - Pick up from your Arusha hotel, meet the guide for a safari briefing, then depart Arusha with a picnic lunch for Tarangire National Park. The park runs along two rivers that attract wildlife, offering an excellent game drive experience. During the dry season, Tarangire hosts the largest number of elephants and features unique species such as Greater Kudus, Ashy Starlings, and Fringed Oryx. In the evening, drive to Tarangire campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.
TARANGIRE – NGORONGORO CRATER
Ngorongoro Crater - After breakfast at the camp, check out and depart Tarangire for Ngorongoro Crater, arriving before 10:00 am at the crater gate. Ngorongoro Crater, one of the seven wonders, is named after a large volcanic caldera in Tanzania’s crater highlands. Upon arrival, descend into the crater with a picnic lunch. Enjoy a game drive around the crater, home to thousands of animals, including a few black rhinos. The crater is well-supplied with water, providing a haven for wildlife. After a picnic lunch, ascend to Simba Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
NGORONGORO CRATER – SERENGETI
Serengeti National Park - Depart early in the morning after breakfast for Serengeti National Park. Located in northern Tanzania, Serengeti is famous for the massive annual migration of wildebeest and zebras seeking new grazing areas. Some cross the crocodile-infested Grumeti River, while others head northeast to Lobo Hills, home to black rhinos and black eagles.
Olduvai Gorge Museum - A stop at the Olduvai Gorge Museum is possible upon request and interest. Arrive in Serengeti late afternoon, check in, followed by an evening game drive. Dinner will be served at the camp, followed by an overnight stay.

SERENGETI – LAKE MANYARA
Lake Manyara National Park - Embark on an early morning game drive from 6:30 am until 9:30 am, then return to the camp for a full breakfast. Depart with a final game drive en route to the main gate, exiting at noon. Leave the Serengeti region and drive to Lake Manyara. Arrival at the camp is expected late in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
LAKE MANYARA – ARUSHA
Lake Manyara National Park - Enjoy breakfast at the camp, followed by a morning to late afternoon game drive at Lake Manyara. The lake has a well-maintained road network for game viewing. Spend the day with your guide spotting various animals that inhabit the area. Watch the flocks of flamingos to your heart’s content. Later, depart Lake Manyara and drive to Arusha, where the guide will drop you at the hotel.
ARUSHA – NAIROBI
Nairobi - After breakfast, transfer to the shuttle bus back to Nairobi. You have the option to catch either the morning or afternoon shuttle. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be dropped off at the airport or your Nairobi hotel.
