Nairobi to Sirimon Park Gate (2,600 meters), transfer and trek to Old Moses Camp (3,340 meters)
Mount Kenya - You will get picked up from your accommodation in Nairobi around 8:00 a.m. and drive through the Kikuyu countryside to the slopes of Mount Kenya, passing by the equator. After lunch in Nanyuki Town, you will drive to Sirimon Park Gate (2,600 meters).
After park entrance formalities, you will start hiking to Old Moses Camp (3,300 meters). You will climb through bamboo, rosewood, and heather forests, viewing beautiful wildlife such as buffaloes, elephants, bushbucks, and many bird species. You will have your overnight in Old Moses Camp. Dinner and lunch will be provided for this day.
Please note that it is strongly recommended to have an extra day for acclimatization before the trek. It can be arranged for an additional cost.

The trek starts from the northwest, leading through the forest to reach the pinnacle region. This route provides ample access to the area, and the best bunk accommodations can be found on this side of the mountain.
