Amboseli National Park - Begin your adventure with an early morning pickup by a Silver Spark Africa Safaris driver from Nairobi Airport or your hotel, heading to Amboseli National Park. Dominated by the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro (5,896 m), Africa’s tallest mountain, Amboseli is one of Kenya’s oldest, most renowned, and frequently visited parks. Its vast panoramas are complemented by its compact size, featuring lush green swamps where large herds of elephants enjoy wallowing, partially hidden in the papyrus grasses. The permanent marshlands also attract hippos and buffaloes, providing a sanctuary for numerous water birds. As an International Biosphere Reserve, the park mainly consists of the typically dry lakebed of Lake Amboseli, encircled by flat grasslands with sparse trees. Accommodation: Sentrim Amboseli
Amboseli National Park
Amboseli National Park - On the second day, explore more of Amboseli National Park. The surrounding flat grasslands are home to grazing antelopes. Spotted hyenas are abundant, along with jackals, warthogs, olive baboons, and vervet monkeys. Although their numbers have dwindled, lions can still be found in Amboseli, though the once-famous black-maned lions and the once-abundant black rhinos are no longer present. Wildlife highlights include lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, zebras, hippos, spotted and striped hyenas, giraffes, oryx, wildebeests, gerenuks, impalas, and Grant’s gazelles.

Amboseli National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park
Lake Nakuru National Park - After an early breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru in the west. Ascend the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley, where lush coffee and tea plantations adorn the landscape. Your driver-guides will provide a brief overview of coffee and tea farming in Kenya along the way, with a short stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photos. Arrive in Lake Nakuru in time for lunch, followed by a game drive in the park to search for the Big 5: lions, rhinos, leopards, buffaloes, and elephants. Lake Nakuru is also renowned for its millions of flamingos and migratory birds that line its shores, boasting over 425 different bird species. Return to the hotel before dark for dinner and overnight stay.

This 700-square-mile game reserve is the Africa of your dreams, with wild animals grazing amidst the stunning rolling landscape of gentle hills and acacia woodlands. Check into your lodge and enjoy lunch. There will be time to settle in before your first afternoon game drive. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve and return to camp before dark.

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Today, enjoy a full-day game drive. After breakfast, leave with your picnic lunch for a full-day game drive in the reserve, searching for the Big Five and other numerous plains animals. Take a lunch break in the reserve, then continue your game drive until the afternoon when you return to your campsite for dinner and overnight stay.

Maasai Mara National Reserve - On the third day in Maasai Mara, you have the option of a balloon ride or visiting a Maasai Mara village at an additional cost.
