Concierge service - Excellent service, followed instructions to the T 😊 Leonard, previously and today a very pleasant lady, were great with my mum who travelled by wheelchair alone.

Job well done! - We received excellent service from the Meet and Greet service by Umbato safari. On our initial transfer through Nairobi it was late in the evening and was noisy and confusion was present. However, our guide met us as we were coming off the plane. They conducted us through the airport and through the checkpoints in a very efficient fashion. They saved us a lot of time and hassle. As we came back through Nairobi on our return trip, our flight into Nairobi had been delayed and we were running very close. Our guide got us to our gate very quickly. This included the checkpoints that we had to go through. We probably would not have made our flight without our guides assistance. The guides were kind efficient and professional.

Very Happy with Service - Excellent service! We were so happy to have an escort to help speed up the departure process. Our guide, Mabel, ushered us through security, through customs and escorted us to the lounge to wait for our flight.

Excellent service, communication, and advice - Mark and his team provided exceptional service on both ends of our trip and kept us up to date on developments during our trip. Our flight to NBO was delayed leaving us less than an hour to deplane, get bags, clear customs and passport control and get wheels up on our flight to the Mara, Mark's team was a pleasure to work with and removed all stress from the process and got us on the plane on time. On the day of our departure Mark sent us a message advising of a strike and airport closures, he provided constant updates and reccomendations on getting us where we needed to be and arranged ground transport on very short notice. Highly recommend Mark and his team, we will definitely use Umbato on our next trip to Kenya.

Outstanding service on both occasions; I look forward to using them again during my next transfers at NBO. - I have already used Umbato Safaris' NBO transfer service two times and received excellent service both times. I was met and assisted by Terrence for an international-to-domestic transfer on Friday and by Melissa for a domestic-to-international transfer today (Sunday). They answered my questions prior to the trip (I had corresponded with them via e-mail) and they are clearly airport experts. My itinerary changed due to a Kenya Airways delay and they were very accommodating in accepting and acknowledging the change via email. Terrence and Melissa were waiting for my arrivals with large signs and they escorted me quickly from one terminal to another. It was particularly helpful to have their extra hands/assistance for the two rounds of security involved in each direction. (At NBO the authorities inspect everyone/everything at the front door to each terminal and again after passport control.) I very strongly recommend Umbato Safaris' NBO transfer service and will use them two more times later this month.
