Excellent service - We were 3 passengers coming from Doha. Three associates met us at the entry of the airport. The associates took care of our checked luggage, got us through Passport Control and customs very smoothly. We only had a 1 1/2 hour layover. Associates got us to the domestic terminal with plenty of time to spare. This service is excellent. We will be using this service again in January 2025. Makes the transit super smooth.

Job well done! - We received excellent service from the Meet and Greet service by Umbato safari. On our initial transfer through Nairobi it was late in the evening and was noisy and confusion was present. However, our guide met us as we were coming off the plane. They conducted us through the airport and through the checkpoints in a very efficient fashion. They saved us a lot of time and hassle. As we came back through Nairobi on our return trip, our flight into Nairobi had been delayed and we were running very close. Our guide got us to our gate very quickly. This included the checkpoints that we had to go through. We probably would not have made our flight without our guides assistance. The guides were kind efficient and professional.

Excellent service, communication, and advice - Mark and his team provided exceptional service on both ends of our trip and kept us up to date on developments during our trip. Our flight to NBO was delayed leaving us less than an hour to deplane, get bags, clear customs and passport control and get wheels up on our flight to the Mara, Mark's team was a pleasure to work with and removed all stress from the process and got us on the plane on time. On the day of our departure Mark sent us a message advising of a strike and airport closures, he provided constant updates and reccomendations on getting us where we needed to be and arranged ground transport on very short notice. Highly recommend Mark and his team, we will definitely use Umbato on our next trip to Kenya.
