Day Tour Itinerary
0600 hrs. The tour kicks off in the morning with a pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi or a nearby location. You’ll then set off on an exhilarating safari drive around the park, heading to Nairobi National Park & Nairobi Safari Walk.
Like other national parks, early morning is an ideal time to spot predators as they hunt for breakfast. The park is just 7 km from the CBD where most hotels are situated, and you should arrive by 6.30 am. After paying the entry fees, you’re all set for a day packed with adventure.
You’ll start seeing animals as soon as the drive begins, with plenty of herbivores like zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and gazelles. Predators such as lions and leopards might be more elusive, but an experienced tour driver/guide will know the best spots to look. If you’re fortunate, you might witness a hunt, one of the most thrilling experiences on a game drive.
