Great time! - The Giraffe center was so much fun. Lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant was amazing. Edwin was a great tour guide. I highly recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! - It was an interesting experience. Having had a terrible experience with another company to the national park makes me appreciate this company even more. The giraffes looked healthy and we still had personal moments even though it was peak period for visiting (A Sunday afternoon). I recommend visiting the Giraffe center and also booking this company. Thought it’s a bit pricey just to feed giraffes for some minutes but it was a real memorable experience.

A unique experience being so close to these gentle giants. - A truly wonderful experience being so close to the giraffes. My 3-year old son loved it especially the experience of feeding them. Transportation was very comfortable and we had no issues going in. The place isn't very big so it's very quick to go round feed the animals and go in the souvenir shop, however going in in the afternoon doesn't allow a lot of time to sit down and enjoy the place. Also, the cafeteria was very limited in options at that time where we would have loved to have a snack.

Beautiful experience!!! - The Giraffe center was an amazing experience, the animals beautiful and well taking care of; the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable in every topic about the history of the facility and the animals. My only issue was my tour/driver to the Center; we felt a bit rush and he made us feel like he didn’t want it to be there. I even asked him how long have he been doing the job. Maybe the company should invest in training the staff on customer service.

Perfect short excursion - David was an amazing and friendly driver. Gave us interesting facts along the way about places in Nairobi. Hooked us up with the most informative guide at the giraffe center who knew the kindest and safest way to feed the giraffes for great photos. Tons of informative facts about the center and the fate of giraffes across Africa. Whole trip to and from hotel with the tour was 3 hours, perfect for a small excursion.

Great tour with Claudia - Claudia was the best tour guide, especially for women traveling in singles or pairs. She was very thoughtful and attentive. I had a great time!

Nice experience! - A beautiful experience at Giraffa center. The driver was great and he decided for the right time to go inside the park, so was less people there. He knews many things about the giraffs. Thanks!

Quick and expensive - I wanted to see the Giraffe Centre. I found the option of Viator and without checking other options I booked it. The description of the tour tells that the entire tour was about 3 hours, according to the traffic that in Nairobi could be very intense. Me and my guide stayed at the giraffe centre about 30 minutes. 30 minutes driving to go and about 30 mins to go back to the hotel. I have been a little disappointed, especially by the price I paid. More than 60 $, when the entrance was about 10 $. For 50 $ more I was expecting something more to feed with snacks to the giraffe and visit the little conference room inside. Next time I will take a 5$ taxi.

Everage - The guide picked us up at the office, once we got there a minimum of explanation, he waited for us aside while we looked at the giraffes. We fed these animals and he took us back to the office. The added value of the guide, except for travel, was minimal.

Terrible tour, do not book - The worst, and I have to mention it again, the worst tour ever, do not ever book with them. The tour concludes with someone pick me up at hotel, drive me there, get to through the gate and after a few photos they drive you back. No communication, no instruction, rude and unprofessional driver (not even a tour guide that you expected). There was not even educational part of the centre provided. Let me tell what you can do, book a taxi, buy your own tickets to giraffe center and save half of the money and ignore this terrible tour.
