Best Safari ever! - Anthony was such an amazing guide and driver who took great care of us on our 7 day safari! He was so informative and taught us a lot about the culture and the animals and ensured we managed to see the big 5. He was also detailed in communication and was clear about the plan everyday. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tour to book with Baboon Safaris and ask for Anthony! :)

Safari Experience - It's one of the life time experience. The safari was good, the driver Mr.Kullet drived and showed us interesting things during Game drive. Even though it's expensive I would say it's worth it

Jason prepared us well for what to expect each day, and he often checked to see if we needed anything. He was an excellent driver and made sure we were able to see everything each park had to offer, including getting up close to the animals. Best safari ever-driver Jason was amazing! - We had an amazing trip! Dennis the organizer, did an amazing job of communicating with us. However, our driver Jason is who really made the trip special. Jason made us feel safe and catered the trip to fit our needs and wants. We really became a family in the van, with lots of laughs. I would highly recommend this company, and the drive Jason! It was a once in a life time experience!

6 days of fantastic family adventure full of unforgettable encounters with Kenyan wildlife and overall good organisation - As a family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 11 we booked the 6 days safari going from Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha , Nakuru NP and Amboseli National Park. Overall we had a wonderful time and would happily book with baboon budget safari again should we have another opportunity to travel to Kenya in the future. There were few minor let downs that have impacted my final decision to rate the experience at 4 stars but it has come very close to be almost a perfect 5 star experience. Here are the positives: 1. Communication before and during the trip with the office has been exceptionally good. Every email, every question has always been answered timely and with sufficient information. 2. Competitive pricing 3. Tour guide Titios was very professional and knowledgeable, helped us absorb and understand Kenyan lifestyles and traditions, he has also shared his knowledge about the visited places, landscapes and wildlife. His driving skills around the park were a great asset , he seem to always know where the interesting occurrence of animals might have happened and never had any trouble getting there ( we have witnessed many other safari vehicles being stuck in the mud and needing recovery ).He would always give us as much time for the photos as we needed and never seemed to be rushing us if we were invested in something. We all appreciated his input and enjoyed his company, he definitely deserves 5 stars. 4.The program itself was very well put together. I was a little concerned it may become monotonous for the kids to spend 5 days doing game drives as well as the huge distances they have never travel this far but I shouldn't have worried about neither. Each park had something different to offer, the landscapes were constantly changing and it still felt fresh and exciting on the last day. 5.Food was simple and rather basic but sufficient, even the 2 boys who are rather fussy eaters have been fine with the meals provided. No one have any stomach issues and we had water provided throughout the trip. 5.Accommodation varied from very basic but clean conveniently located miti mingi camp to rather run down and not so clean city max hotel in Nakuru to a beautiful, spacious and comfortable stay at Nyati Camp in Amboseli. 6. Baboon safaris offered a complementary airport pick up even though we were not starting the safari until the following day, it was great to have someone waiting for us at the airport after the long flight and not to worry about getting to the hotel. The few drawbacks: 1. Even though the program has been discussed to the smallest detail on arrival to the office person checking us in didn't have all the details correct. There was a small difference in the balance of the payment that did not match the final agreement. Also we have booked a private tour but where scheduled for a joined one. Both of those issues where immediately resolved by the owner and form that moment on everything promised in the itinerary was delivered. I am just flagging it here have as a piece of advice have your final itinerary , price and any extras that have been added to your package at hand so there is no room for confusion. I am also glad we have came to the office the day before the start of the tour so there was time to fix things up. 2. City max hotel in Nakuru. We were given a room with only 2 beds ( double and a single ) for a family of 4. On request additional mattress was eventually added to the room, it was only one night so not the biggest deal but the cleanness of the bathrooms was not satisfactory either. 3. The jeep was clean and spacious, travel was comfortable but unfortunately some of the seatbelts did not work which is a basic safety concern that should be addressed. 4. On arrival to Kenya one of our bags has been delayed. The baboon safari staff have kindly offered to look after collection and delivery of the bag to us on route. They did as promised and delivered the bag to us on the third day. We were delighted to get it back and expressed our gratitude, there was no mention of any fee for this service. On the last day we were presented with 50euro bill for delivering the bag... The lack of transparency of this has left us with rather disappointing feeling and I think 50 euro charge in the scale of the cost of the 6 day safari wasn't significant enough to change the atmosphere of the last moments before the departure, they would gain more if they let it go and leave us rave about how helpful they were getting the bag for us. We could have the bag delivered to us by the airlines free of charge, probably not as fast but still if there is a cost involved you should make it clear upfront. To sum things up the program was interesting, guide interactive and professional, we felt safe and well looked after throughout the tour and made memories that will last a lifetime. We are happy that we chose baboon safaris to organise our adventure and would recommend them to everyone. `

Ripp off - Worst experience ever. If your driver will be KULET refuse to deal with him. Not helpful, telling bs all the time and lying. The car was a wreck. The whole deal is a ripp off. If you want to be cheated, book here. Denis, the owner could be regarded as criminal.
