Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve

Samburu National Reserve - Departing from Nairobi, our guides will pick you up from your hotel at 7 am after breakfast for a short transfer to Wilson Airport. We will then take a 45-minute flight to Samburu National Reserve, landing at Samburu Airstrip. Our ground guides will welcome you and transfer you to your lodge. After check-in and some rest, we’ll go on an afternoon game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, looking for unique species like the gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, and reticulated giraffe. We may also see lions and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.

Samburu Game Reserve

Samburu National Reserve - After breakfast, you will leave your lodge with a packed lunch for a full day of game viewing in Samburu National Reserve. Lunch will be by the Ewaso Nyiro River, where you can watch various big game and bird species. The afternoon will include more game drives. The reserve is rich in wildlife, including rare species like the Grevy’s Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, and Beisa Oryx. Elephants and large predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs are also present. Birdlife is abundant with over 450 species recorded. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.

Samburu – Masai Mara National Park

Maasai Mara National Reserve - After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in Samburu en route to the airstrip for your flight to Masai Mara. A driver/guide from Mara Serena Lodge will meet you at the airstrip and transfer you to the lodge. After lunch, depart for an afternoon game drive. The Mara is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including rhinos, leopards, elephants, buffalo, wildebeests, zebras, and more. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the reserve’s dispersal area. Maasai Mara National Park

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Maasai Mara. The reserve spans over 1510 km² and borders the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. You will have a full-day game drive with a packed lunch and drinks. From July to October, witness the wildebeest migration. Evening activities include Masai dances or stories. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge.

Maasai Mara National Park-Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Amboseli, flying over The Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival, our safari guides will transfer you to the lodge. After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive before returning for dinner. Relax around the log fire in the lounge in the evening. Accommodation: Amboseli Serena Lodge.

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - Wake up to views of Mount Kilimanjaro, weather permitting. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, with opportunities for photography and wildlife viewing. Visit the observation point for a panoramic view of the park. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: Amboseli Serena Lodge.

Amboseli – Nairobi

Nairobi - A driver/guide from Amboseli Serena Lodge will transfer you to the airstrip for your flight to Wilson Airport, Nairobi. A driver/guide from Gracepatt will then transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight home.
