This didn't match the description at all - The description states we would be picked up at 7:30 or 8am and driven to the he tea farm. We would be provided with bottled water and we would stop part way at a coffee shop and given breakfast. It said the tour of the farm would begin at 9:30 with tea samples and scones. There would be a tour of a purple tea farm before lunch and there would be a fire to sit around afterwards. We were picked up and driven straight to the farm with no breakfast stop. The vehicle was a small compact car with no A/C so we had to breath exhaust fumes through the open windows. We got to the farm a full hour before the tour began and had to sit in the hot sun waiting. When we asked for the bottled water that was supposed to be provided it was not given to us. The scones we were expecting were also not provided. The cost of the tour was to be paid by us and was more expensive than the listing claimed it would be. The description mentioned a tour of the purple tea fields and the farm had no such fields. We showed the listing to the owner of the farm and she determined the listing included some things from her farm but also a second farm an hour away. It seems the description has combined 2 different experiences. Since we weren't given the he breakfast or water we were promised we asked for a partial refund from the organizer. He ignored the message and never responded. We tried going through Viator explaining that we didn't get the experience we paid for and again we were denied any refund. In the end we paid $86 for a drive to and from the farm. While we sat in the hot sun waiting for the tour to begin I checked Uber and it would have been $12 US to get a ride back to our hotel and and Uber was just minutes away. So we essentially paid and extra $62 more than just taking and Uber would have been and received nothing more for than we would have been provided by taking an Uber. The tour of the farm itself was great as was the lunch. My advice is to book online with the farm and use an Uber to get there
