  • Gatura - The experience begins at 9.30 am, with tea and fresh scones while the host gives an informal history about the farm, followed by an introductory tea tasting before we head out to the purple tea farm.

While at the farm, guests are taught how to pick tea, after which they pick some purple tea. This tea will then be taken back to the farm where guests will be taught how to make their very own specialty orthodox tea (this includes learning to roast it, roll it by hand, dry it then pack it for themselves to take home). After guests make their very own hand-picked and rolled purple tea, they head off to the waterfall trek through a beautiful bamboo forest finishing off with a refreshing dip at the waterfall by the farm.

Guests then return back to the farmhouse in time for a farm-fresh 3-course meal, crowning the day with a bonfire in the gardens as guests leave at their pleasure.
