Great! Book with them! Excellent service! - Great services! They helped us with the airport transfers and we booked a day tour with them, I told them where I wanted to go and they took us there. Feedback on airport transfer - The service is really exceptional from the moment I made the payment online. On arrival the driver was already there waiting for me. He was very friendly giving me hints on how to safely navigate the city. On return, the driver even came an hour earlier than scheduled pickup time to ensure we have ample time to navigate possible roadblocks due to construction work along the airport route. I will definitely use the service on my next trip.

Reliable, Responsible, Dedicated, Helpful - The company was very accommodating. I arrived earlier in Nairobi than planned and the dispatcher arranged for the driver to meet me earlier than i had scheduled. The destination directions given to me proved to be a bit confusing even for a local taxi driver; however, the driver was patient, got more accurate directions, did not get frustrated and stuck by me to get me safely to my location.

Best Taxi Service - Although it took longer for me to clear immigration and finally customs, I wound my driver waiting for me. He introduced himself courteously and helped me with my bags. The car was clean as well. I plan to be a repeat customer for sure every time I visit home.
