fun day in Nairob - Really enjoyed our time with Eric our tour guide. We got to see so many places around the city and learned a lot about the City and history. Really enjoyed lunch as well. The memorial was really touching and learned a lot. Eric answered all our questions not only about Nairobi but about life as a Kenyan. Highly recommend!

Urban exploration - Booked this via Intrepid for an urban walk to find out about Kenyan history and culture. Walked all about from the university to the Nairobi city centre to the Peace Park and Museum and the Kenyan National Archives. Our guide Eric was great! He helped us navigate the busy streets, meet with some of the locals, and answered all our questions about life in Nairobi and also as a Kenyan. After the tour we enjoyed a traditional Kenyan meal in a local restaurant. Definitely recommend it to get to know more about Nairobi outside of the animals.

Great tour to learn about Kenyan history and culture, and to visit Nairobi’s busy town centre. - This is an excellent tour to find out about Kenyan history and culture and to join the locals in the Nairobi city centre. The Peace Park and Museum offer a sea of tranquility and the Kenyan National Archives and other cultural stops a good grounding before heading out on safari. Our guide Faith was excellent! She helped us navigate the busy streets, find a suitable ATM and even buy a rain jacket. After the tour we enjoyed a traditional Kenyan meal in a local restaurant with Faith ordering for us in Swahili. Highly recommend the tour - and Faith!

Great half-day tour of Nairobi - My partner and I did the walking tour in December and we had a blast! Our tour guide, Faith, was fantastic - in addition to taking us to all the sights in the city centre, she also told us a lot about the culture and modern life, and was an absolute sunshine. The traditional Kenyan lunch was delicious and Faith also introduced us to the wonderful ugali :)

Good tour with a great guide - Nice relaxed tour of The main sites in the city with the excellent guide in Faith who is very knowledgeable. We saw what we wanted to the lunch was very pleasant, but the highlight really was the journey on the local bus with the guide which was a real experience. She was willing to take us to places that we wanted to go to rather than just her own agenda and was very helpful when we went to a local market and made purchases. The only downside was probably theNational Archives where the in house guide wanted to show us every single object in the museum Thoroughly recommended it for a good half day to learn about Nairobi

A great intro to Nairobi - Erik from Urban Adventures with Intrepid did a fantastic job showing us the many sides of Nairobi. The optional bird's eye view from the convention center was a great touch. The local bus ride was a highlight, and the meal at the end was plentiful and delicious. Erik was friendly, knowledgeable, and with just two of us, it made for a wonderfully personal experience—a perfect introduction to Nairobi before heading on safari.
