Animals are beautiful people!! - We had a lot of fun with our tour guide Shem. He took us all the good places and hidden gems in Nairobi.

Wonderful day for Karen Blixens Museum, Giraffe Center mm - Today we have visited Karen Blixens museum, pearl factory and Giraffe center. We had our own driver/guide Fredrick, who really made sure we had a fantastic ride. He was very welcoming, great knowledge about Nairobi mm and was good at answering our questions. Fredrick showed us some markets where we could see things being manufactured. Can definitely recommend the trip and have only praise to Fredrick. Many greetings from Alberte and Carina. Denmark

A Must Do! - We had an excellent experience with Edwin as our guide! The Giraffe Center was not crowded and we had a private viewing at one point. It was incredible! The elephant orphanage was very interesting as well as educational. Our guide accommodated our request to add the Karen Blixen Museum and we appreciated his flexibility. It was a great day in Nairobi!

Great experience! Hidden fees - Great experience. I only visted the elephants and giraffes. My driver was excellent he made sure I was pleased with my experience . He assisted in taking pictures of me with my phone so I can have memories. Great tour guide ! He also gave me a brief tour explanation as we was driving to the locations.
The only negative thing is on this website it doesn’t list the extra 45.00 for park fee entry just the fee for giraffes, elephants.
I paid 70.00 online and extra 77.00 on the day of event. Please list on website all fees

Great tour! - Great tour! Easy to book, quick to answer clarifying questions and flexible throughout. The driver was patient and offered up a fun alternative when we found out nomad was closed due to elections. He went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed the say. If you are looking to visit the elephant orphanage, This company organized a great excursion

Very good day excursion - Very good one day excursion with kids. Enjoy a lot fidding thé girafe, ans close session with the elephant. Our guide Edwin was very kind and very professionnal.

4 Great Activities-1 very stressful day with driver - The driver was late starting but we did have plenty of time for the giraffes, Blixen museum and Bomas. But the payment for the elephants had to be done through the government web site. So the driver couldn’t figure out any way to pay for it and we were late for the elephants. If the park ranger hadn’t allowed us to go through and pay later via our driver and if had been a busier day we would have tragically missed the wonderful orphan elephants. I have read another review mentioning missing the elephants. Clearly this company and its drivers has a problem in getting people to see this not to be missed event-just one hour a day is available. All four activities are highly recommended but this company….

Deception - I booked via Viator 3 months in advance to go to the Sheldrick wildlife trust (it is otherwise impossible to get tickets - was individuals). On the tour day the driver comes to pick us and says that they didn't manage to get entries for the elephant orphanage. It is not acceptable that this agency could not manage that within the 3 months - what is their added value then ? and even more acceptable that they did not inform me in advance - probably because they knew that I would otherwise have cancelled the tour with them. Don't book with them...
