• Nairobi National Park - After being picked up by our driver/guide, proceed to Nairobi National Park, located just 7 km from the CBD. This unique park is the only one in the world situated within a city. Upon arrival, embark on a drive through the park’s savannah and dense bushes in search of wildlife. The park is home to four of the Big Five: rhinos, leopards, lions, and buffaloes. Additionally, you can spot impalas, zebras, warthogs, crocodiles, hippos, and many other animals. Enjoy the park’s serene savannah and grassland environment, where animals thrive in their natural habitat. Visit the ivory burning site within the park to learn about the government’s efforts to combat poaching in Kenya. After a 4-hour game drive, exit the park and head to the Giraffe Centre.
• Giraffe Centre - A 15-minute drive from the park, the Giraffe Centre offers a chance to see the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Discover why these giraffes are at risk and learn about their rescue and reintroduction into the wild. Besides giraffe conservation, the center also focuses on environmental conservation. Explore their various activities and learn fascinating facts about different species and how to distinguish them.
