Wonderful experience - Our safari in Nairobi National Park was truly unforgettable, thanks to our exceptional guide, Watson. From the moment we arrived, Watson went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. He facilitated our access to the park seamlessly, making what could have been a cumbersome process effortless and stress-free. Watson’s knowledge of the park and its wildlife is unparalleled. He expertly navigated the park, bringing us to the best spots to see a wide array of animals. His keen eye and understanding of animal behavior meant that we didn’t miss a single highlight. Whether it was the majestic lions, towering giraffes, or the elusive rhinos, Watson made sure we saw them all. But it wasn’t just his expertise that stood out. Watson’s hospitality and passion for his work truly made the experience special. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our safari unforgettable. We felt incredibly fortunate to have him as our guide, and we wouldn’t have wanted to do this with anyone else.

Great value half day tour - Brilliant tour taking in an early morning game drive in Nairobi national park and the elephant sanctuary. James was friendly, knowledgable, did a great job in finding lots of well hidden wildlife, and the whole thing was a fraction of the price quoted by my hotel for the same service. Recommend booking direct for a good discount.

Can and will recommend! - It was a great experience, even better than I expected! I went on a tour with mixed strangers from all over the world (save Australia and Antarctica), which added nicely to the trip. Watson was very attentive to our needs while we were in the park. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Worst experience - The agency split the tour to small tours, so they can use different tour names to sell. But actually all the small groups are in same tour. I paid 64euro for only visit elephant Orphanage and giraffe center, but other person paid only 66euro for the whole tour, they can visit national park, I have to wait them more than 2 hours at the door of the park and nothing to do. And the agency told me if I want to go to the park, I have to pay 40 dollar more. They raise the price depend on mood? And I also booked pick up service from this agency, but nobody waiting me at the airport, I had to call them and then they send me the driver, I wait them very long time. This Kenya Tours and Safaris is the worst agency I ever met, no honesty and bad arrangement, all day is waiting waiting waiting. waste time.
