Just book it! - Absolutely incredible. The game drive at Nairobi National Park was a perfect introduction to Kenya's wildlife. We saw lions, impala, rhino, zebra, giraffes, and more. Adding the adorable elephants at the Elephant sanctuary, we saw 4 of the Big 5. It's a long day but it's incredibly worth it. Our guide Harrison was fantastic! We learned and saw so much. We recommend paying in cash because it speeds up the process for everything. Harrison took us to an ATM on the way to another pickup so we could get cash. Full service!

Will tempt your palate in this farmer maasai watering hole. Top sighs include the Karen biixen museum giraffe center and the bla - Known as the safari capital of Africa Nairobi is an energetic, modern city that serves as a fascinating introduction to both wildlife and markets bustle, and a melange of restaurants

A great experience! - I knew I wouldn’t get an open land cruiser for that price so I was pleasantly surprised by our 4WD tour bus. Also I was afraid that I might get an ex-matatu driver as a driver guide and luckily we didn’t. We got Jonathon who was a skilled and considerate driver. Even when we saw a red-number plated land cruiser driving without due care and consideration of the wildlife he stopped them and cooly and calmly pointed out what they did wrong. He even got an apology from the shame- faced driver! Jonathon’s task was made even harder by the unseasonable rain and the ensuing cold, wet guest! Yes it was a budget safari but we weren’t herded like sheep, we were consulted all the way and our driver delivered us safe and happy back to our homes. Thank you Jonathan for showing me how to have a great experience on a modest budget!

Nairobi national park - Everything went as planned except the baby elephant park which the organizers couldn’t get tickets for us. The tour guide was very good and well educated.

Great trip - Great trip, seen 4 of the big 5 at the national park, and had a great experience feeding the giraffes. The visit to the bead factory was a great insight to the skilled work of the women of Kenya.

Information about pricing not clear - We didn’t understand all of the costs involved. We ended up spending over $400 for an excursion that was from 10:00 am to 3 pm. We did enjoy everything we did. My biggest complaint is getting to the park and having to pay $80 per person to get into the park even though we were just seeing the orphanage for elephants, which was an addition $20 per person. Trip Advisor/Viator should have told us to download prior to departure to pay for the park. I’m not sure if the giraffe park was worth going to because it is $12 per person to feed a giraffe, which was 10 minutes. The Bombas show was better than expected. $20 per person was well worth the show. The young adults were really into their show and full of energy and always smiling. We also were taken to the bead shop, which was also a wonderful experience. Bring lots of money.

- The tour guide was super kind and could answer almost all questions. All packaged well together. Only thing I’d change is more time at giraffe center. You’ll spend more time at a bead factory than the giraffe center.

more time needed on... - more time needed on National park rather, also to ease the payment process. as some procedures delayed the start of the activities

Unorganized and dishonest - The tour organizer reached pretty late in the evening asking for a mobile number and they did not appear in the morning at hotel while I waited to be picked up. I've submitted a complaint through Viator but no response or decision reached me.
