Since its opening in 1979, the center has rescued, hand-reared, and released approximately 500 orphaned giraffes back into the wild. This attraction provides opportunities to hand-feed the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe and offers valuable education on their physiology, behaviors, and habitat preferences.

• Bomas of Kenya - Enjoy lunch (at your own expense) at Utamaduni Restaurant, Tamambo, or a similar venue, then enter the auditorium for cultural dances. The tribal cultural shows occur daily from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM on weekends, showcasing tribal talent in music, dance, theater/drama, fashion shows, poetry/recitals, and comedies.
