Exceptional and affordable! - From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. James (also known as Onesmus) was communicative, punctual, and very helpful throughout. We started the day with pickup in the KT safari van, which was spacious and neat, and headed to Nairobi National Park. The game drive was excellent, and James provided us with lots of history and interesting information about the animals. His driving was amongst the best I have ever seen, and he got us very close to some of the big 5! Following this we went to the Elephant orphanage which was my personal highlight, and we had plenty of time to grab lunch before going to the Giraffe Centre. At the end of the day, we were dropped off home. I would highly recommend this tour, as it was thorough, enjoyable, and overall a great experience!

Awesome! - Amazing trip! Would definitely Recommended. Nothing beats the in person experience of seeing those animals feet away from you and for example, being able to feed the giraffes.

Perfect way to spend the day! - We had a fantastic day in Nairobi with Watson. Saw all the animals at Nairobi National Park, special visit to Sheldrick, lunch and then a quick stop at the Giraffe Center. Our family of four shared the ride with one other guest, and it was such a treat getting to make a new friend on the way. Def recommend this one if you have a day in Nairobi.

Great experience despite a booking mixup. - We booked via getyourguide. There was a bit of a mix-up with the booking. The local operator and getyourguide went out of their way to resolve the problem. We had a great outing to Nairobi Nat Park and they even added a trip to Giraffe Centre free of charge. It is mostly not the problems, but how they are dealt with, that makes the difference. Thank you - well done.

So much wildlife and a great guide! - Our guide, Onesmus, picked us up at our hotel right on time and we were driving on safari inside the park by 6:35. Onesmus knows the wildlife and had us visiting a pride of lions in less than twenty minutes after entering the park. By radio and phone he keeps in touch with other drivers in order to be able to quickly locate the best viewing opportunities. The highlights of our morning game drive were the lions and several encounters with white rhinos. Equally exciting were our visits to the Sheldrick elephant orphanage and the giraffe center. Onesmus has a great sense of humor and never rushed us. I highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

Convenient - It was worth the visit. The national park is close to Nairobi city, so no need to pack for days of travel. The giraffe center and elephant orphanage are also closely located from the national park. These two places were very crowded, though.

Great safari taster - Was such a good deal! Watson managed to get us to all the animal sightings quickly so we were always one of the closest vehicles. He also managed to get us straight into the giraffe sanctuary without queueing.

Not as advertised - Our driver and guide were both great. The Nairobi National Park and Elephant and Giraff sanctuaries were both great. But...the tour did not include stops at the Bomas of Kenya, or the Karen Blixen Museum, despite the tour being advertised as including those stops. Our guide acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. I messaged the tour company and they outright lied to me and said that the Karen Blixen Museum is closed for renovations, and that's why they didn't stop there. But I messaged the museum, and they are very much open for business. They also sent me a text the day before telling me to bring along a credit card to pay the park entrance fee, but this is a gross understatement. In fact, visitors are required to pay in advance on the ridiculously complicated Kenya ECitizen webportal. Other tour participants were given this link before the tour, but I was not and had to try to accomplish this from the back of a dark van driving on crappy roads.
