Day tour with 10 & 12 yo - Douglas arrived early which was great. He adapted to our wants and that worked very well. However the tour description said entrance fees were included and none of the 3 places were. We only had a card to pay and this was a bit of an issue, but Douglas resolved it. At the National Park we had to pay individually and also for the vehicle and then for the elephant orphan facility as well. We did have some extra time so we were able to visit the bead factory as well, which was quite interesting.

A Fabulous Day in Nairobi - This was a full day of fun experiences plus very informative. The time at the National Park is very limited as the t we elephants are feed at 11:00. That was gone with us as we had just finished a safari.
At the elephant orphanage we got up close & personal to the baby orphans. The guide knew about each one. You learn how they care for them and return them to the wild at 5. FABULOUS. Kids would love it.
The next location, the giraffe center, again you get close to the giraffes as you feed them, the information provided at the center gives you the whole history of the efforts to save the Rothschild Giraffes.
Finally the last stop was the Karen Blixen Museum. Our guide there was a student from the University, Purity. She was absolutely fantastic!!! She knew about every item and was an extremely pleasant guide.
It was a fabulous day!

Awesome experience - It was made awesome by our driver and tour guide Douglas who was very patient and very accommodating We saw numerous animals including lion rhinos hippopotamus giraffes crocodiles gazelles and antelopes Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommendable 👍👍👍 - We can recommend the Safarilinks Africa tour without reservation! Although we booked very spontaneously by phone the evening before, everything worked out wonderfully.
We were picked up at our apartment by Douglas at 6:00 a.m. and taken directly to Nairobi National Park. Our guide Sam was waiting for us there in a huge off-road vehicle. Since we hadn't managed to get an ECITZEN account and buy tickets for the national park despite numerous attempts, Douglas kindly agreed to buy them for us. This was no problem at all.
As another family had canceled, we were lucky and drove through the national park alone with Sam. He knew his way around really well and explained everything to us really well. We saw everything: lions, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, ostriches. Rhinos, hippos and water buffalo.
We drove through the national park with Sam from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
When we spontaneously wanted to visit the Sheldrick Wildlife Found elephant breeding station, Douglas was able to get us tickets.
Simply brilliant!
All in all, we would definitely book the tour again and can really recommend it to everyone.
It was the crowning conclusion to our trip to Kenya.

A good easy day - Great local tour of animals in the park.
They ran it in reverse order, and called and changed the start time from 6 to 7:30 after we had ordered box breakfasts and went to bed. But it was a good tour of everything.

Safari with girafe - It was good, but it had one major problem. Ridic was really late. He said there were reasons for it, but I don't know how much I should believe it. In the end, he arrived for nad with a 2-hour delay and I was quite upset. On the other hand, he was a guide who was always willing and devoted himself to us the whole time. We fed the giraffes it was cool. We saw baby elephants, that was nice, but I would soon forgive myself. During the safari, he tried to find different animals, which he succeeded in, and I rate his work as quite good. If you choose him, confirm the time with him a day or two in advance, so that you are sure that he will arrive at the given time. Then it can be recommended.

Great Nairobi national park, but not serious offer of Viator - Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Center, Baby Elephant Center were really nice and we enjoyed them.
The trip was not organized according to plan at all. First, we visited the center of giraffes and small elephants, and the guide informed us that this was the end of the trip for us. But our main goal was the Nairobi National Park, so we asked why that is. The guide answered us that out of 4 options - Nairobi Park, the giraffe center, the elephant center and the Karin Blixen museum, we are only entitled to two. He then offered us to go with us to Nairobi Park for a fee of 100 USD, which we paid him, as Nairobi Park was our priority. We did not visit the Blixen museum at all.
The Viator offer did not correspond to reality at all and we will request a refund of part of the money.

Scam - Around 5am, the morning of departure I called to get information on the pick up. I was told the driver would call me and that I should stay in the hotel lobby. I recieved a call that my reservation was "accidentally" cancelled and that I would need to pay cash otherwise I would have to reschedule. I was uncomfortable with this and tried to find an acceptable means to pay them electronically behind the shield of TripAdvisor as they were now asking for personal information. I was told that they would "discuss it with a colleague" and never heard back from them.

Not pleasant at all - Do not waste your money paying for the half day tour because even though you pay for the National park safari, you will not get to do the National park safari, rather, they will take you to the baby elephant only, and you will pay additional $63, to only see the baby elephant, even though you are paying to go to the National park. There is no reason for this company to sell this tour as half day and full day. It is merely deceptive. You may as well create another tour and sell the baby elephant program exclusively rather than being deceptive on a half day tour. The itinerary is also not the same when you do the half day tour, so make sure you book other tours that will allow you see the safari for half day, and not this, if it’s a half day safari inclusive tour you seek.
