10/10 experience! - I had the most amazing time on this tour!!! Jaffar and Patrick were awesome and took great care to make the day extra special. It was so cool to be able to bike among wildlife and hike around really amazing geological features. The lake visit and lunch was spectacular too. 10/10 experience!

High-quality company. Totally recommended. - High-quality company. Our guide Mr. Kazungu was early at pick up. He was very well informed and gave us good tips on our trip. Safe comfortable drive in a clean car. Had a very enjoyable trip. The bicycle rental was well organized and quick to arrange. The bicycle ride was long in the hot weather but with a shade spot for a break before the hike. On the way back, slightly harder 😊 By the lake, everything was arranged and the stop is very nice. Clean restaurant with good food in a very pretty garden. Boat ride was very interesting (but optional) and we enjoyed it a lot. Total success despite some traffic on the way back to Nairobi. Nothing to worry about. Asante Sana

A great day out at the National Park! - The ride through Hell's Gate National Park was great - lovely stories by the guide, a lot of wildlife all around. A beautiful place! The boat ride was special, too - with amazing close-ups of hippo families and the giraffes of the Crescent island. Highly recommended!

Tour guides were great - Jeffer and Patrick our tour guides took there time and where knowable. The bike ride throughout the park was not bad, meaning the distance and time it took. Saw lots of animals. The boat ride was also good, hippo sighting chances was 100%.

Cool experience! - It was overall a very smooth and great experience. The pick-up was easy and having all the transportation covered gave us peace of mind. The activities were a lot of fun and the service was great. Just remember to bring cash to pay for the boat ride (the park entrance fee takes a card).

Active One Day Tour - I enjoyed this active tour, especially cycling and the boat ride. Our tour guide Jaffar and driver Kazungu were very kind; Jaffar was taking many pictures and videos to ensure we have captured our memories. However, we did not do all the activities that were described on their website (itinerary); we could not walk in the gorge at Hell’s Park because that area is closed for walking since 2019. I was told this at the park itself, and the tour company knew this of course, but did not update their website nor notify me when I was booking the tour with a tour operator on WhatsApp. This gorge walk would have been one of the most impressive activities. I would suggest to update the activity description on your website, and change the picture of this tour which shows a walk in the gorge. It does attract tourists, but it is not an entirely truthful depiction of activities. Hell’s gate has a separate guide (a male from the Masai community) who is not included in the tour price (despite what the website says), and should be tipped separately. This guide was also very kind and helpful. I enjoyed the tour, but the information given should match the actual situation on the ground. :)

Your description needs to be updated - So description should definitely be updated . We had a very nice guide but the trip is suppose to be a bike ride into/ through the main gorge in the park and the rock caves. The gorge was closed and they knew it yet we were still charged the additional $60 to get into the park and basically did an 11 mile round trip bike road up and down a dirt road, then went to get the hippo boat ride which was another $60 and then the lunch is also there which was another $30 USD for dried up chicken and French fries . Plus over 2 hour drive each way . Definitely not a $300 tour and never would have paid this money for a dirt road tour . Then on top of that a tip was definitely expected at drop off and when we didn’t we weren’t even told bye…Just another example of ripping off tourists .
