Unforgettable experience - Wonderful place! The waterfall was the biggest we saw so far and Basil a great guide! We are coffee lovers and wanted to know the manufacturing process, so it was a perfect combination, adventure, coffee and exquisite food! We recommend 100% Thank you for such a nice and complete experience!

Brewing a good day out - Jerry and his friends made us feel very welcomed in their village. They shared their knowledge of coffee and let us help in preparing one of the best cups I've ever brewed! We loved spending our time with them before heading to the waterfall which was stunning, the water was very refreshing. I highly recommend this tour, you'll have a fun day out!

Amazing experience at Materuni - I went in January 2025 in Tanzania
We go to the waterfall the view was amazing.
We also made coffee! The team was so fun, that was an incredible experience!

Unforgettable experience 🇹🇿 - Unexplainable the experience we had
For our first day in moshi we went to see Jerry and all his family and friends
We were directly immersed in a culture that touched us in the heart
We had detailed explanations about making coffee with a bonus tasting! Believe me it was more than delicious!
After that we went to the materuni waterfall after an incredible walk through a wild nature and after meeting locals we arrived in front of a beauty of nature always accompanied by uk exceptional guide ready to answer all our questions
Thank you again to this amazing team who made our experience something unforgettable

Wonderful day, the perfect tour to do in Moshi’s area! - Everything was perfect, well organized from the pick up till the end.
We had a nice ride looking at beautiful landscapes and local villages until we reached the point where the trekking starts.
Trekking up to the Materuni waterfall is amazing, takes a bit less than 1h and it’s not difficult at all. It just gets pretty muddy in some points so a stick is useful, our guide Bazil provided wooden sticks for us.
On the way back we stopped at one of the local houses of the village where Jery, his lovely children and his friends welcomed us. Jery was really nice and informative about coffee plantation and preparation and local life.
They showed us every step of the preparation, we had a cup of fresh coffee and an amazing lunch, one of the best that we had in Tanzania!
If you’re looking for a nice, authentic experience near Kilimanjaro, I definitely recommend this tour.

Coffe tour and waterfall 10/10 - Had an amazing day the hike pretty easy and the waterfall was beautiful, had a quick dip was very refreshing. The coffee was very informative and interactive as well as delicious. The lunch provided also hit the spot perfectly. Overall the perfect day.

Super recommended - The waterfall is wonderful, but the really wonderful thing has been the treatment we have received, we have been with family in the visit to the waterfall and the subsequent demonstration of how coffee is made, we have been taught the whole process and accompanied by the waterfall with great love and explained everything, and resolving all our doubts. Really super recommended to do this activity. As soon as we return to Tanzania, we will definitely repeat it. Thank you to Jerry and his whole family.

Amazing day - It was an amazing day !!
We were with Andrew (the guide) and he is so nice, I can answer at all your questions, for us he took photos all the day.
We visited waterfalls and also coffee tower.

Incredible 2 day experience in Materuni and Moshi! - We spent two unforgettable days in Materuni thanks to Bazil and his team (Jerry, Lumpa, Edwin, tuktuk guys) who were in great care throughout.Between visiting Materuni village, preparing traditional coffee, visiting the beautiful waterfalls, and relaxing at Chemka hot springs, every moment was magical. The warm welcome and impeccable organization made this adventure unique. Thanks again for everything Bazil!
