For A/H (airport to hotel) transfers, a professional driver will greet you at the arrival hall exit with a Name Board. The free waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time, giving you a total of 2 hours free waiting time after landing. This allows ample time to pass through airport controls, customs, visa checks, and luggage collection. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For H/A (hotel to airport) transfers, the meeting point is your hotel lobby. The driver will be waiting with a Name Board at the appointed time. Typically, pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before an international flight and 2.5 hours before a domestic flight. During peak hours or at certain airports, an additional hour or more may be required to ensure timely arrival. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminal.

• If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for a taxi to carry the excess luggage.
