Excellent bike rental and tour company! - Napa Valley Bike Tours is great! Visiting from the east coast, they answered questions and helped me make decisions on bikes to rent and best trails for our level all via the phone before arriving. And, once there, they had our bikes ready, reviewed the mechanics, had the maps and locks loaded, and adjusted the fit all in a very short time. The bikes were in perfect condition and the detailed maps made it easy to explore the areas that most interested us. Couldn’t have been any more helpful and professional. Thanks!

Napa Biking - Top notch bikes to rent (happened to be the same we own). This is a great way to enjoy the wine country. Makes for a relaxing day. Chance picked up wine purchases for us and dropped our lunch where we asked for it to be dropped. Lunch just okay. The vegetarian sandwiches were mostly bread.

Superb experience! - Our cycling along the Vine trail was lovely....we rented the regular cruisers, which were superb for the flat terrain, and we enjoyed stopping at vineyards along the way as well as visiting Le Bouchon and other sites in Yountville. A beautiful day to explore this convenient trail, and helped by the excellent staff who were so helpful to point out what not to miss!

Great service and advice for a self-guided tour - We decided at the last minute to rent a couple of e-bikes from the Napa store of Napa Valley Electric Bike Rental - and what a great decision. We walked in to the store knowing nothing about e-bikes or the Vine Trail but got some great friendly advice and within ten minutes of walking in we were on our way. When we got to Yountville we were able to lock our bikes up at their shop there while we went for lunch - and the guys in that store were very friendly and helpful too. We were only out for about 5 1/2 hours (but still did a 25 mile round trip) and in all it was one of the best days of our holiday. Thanks!

Great experience biking and wine tasting - We were on a mother daughter mid week getaway and did the bike rental and self guided tour. Napa Valley Bike Rentals made everything so easy! The bikes were super comfortable and nice; the self guided map and their recommendations for which wineries to book and how long we should estimate being out on the paths was spot on. Bouchon lunch was delivered at our winery of choice for lunch (delicious picnic!), our wine was picked up for us, and honestly, we had the best time!

So Fun! A must do! - Love Yountville, The Napa Valley Bike Rental was right across the street from our hotel... how convenient. My friend and I wanted to go out a bit farther in Yountville to a couple wineries and also enjoy the scenery, not wanting to drink and drive, e-bike was the way to go. So much fun!. The people who work there were very helpful and personable. I had called previously to inquire if and when I should make reservations for 2 e-bikes. I was told, it was highly recommended to make reservations 2 weeks in advance of your arrival and that would be sufficient. Online on their website I rented the bikes for a day (pick up anytime after 8:30 a.m., drop off by 5 p.m.) I had 2 tastings reserved that day at 11:30 and the other at 1:30 and then take the scenic ride back to the bike shop by 5:00. We picked up the bikes at 10:30 knowing that we had to set up bike, give more info. etc... you get a map, helmet and lock. Note: if you happen to have bike gloves, it helps alot, more comfortable and warmer. We ended up riding 22 miles that day stopping at 2 wineries and enjoying a ride back, we did a full circle. So Fun! A must do!
