Overtime and wait time charges will apply after 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time specified in the reservation.

Additional Wait & Extra Stops Policy:

Additional wait time is charged at $15.00 to $30.00 for every 15 minutes after the initial complimentary 15 minutes. Extra stops are charged at $20.00 per stop, with higher rates potentially applicable based on actual distance.

Overtime charges range from $15.00 to $30.00 (depending on vehicle type) for every 15 minutes after the initial waiting period.
