Amazing driver!!! - Hector put together our day for us. He included various types of wineries with different views and vibes. On our drive, he was super informative about the area, wineries and wines! He is fantastic!!

Excellent service - Excellent service from the moment you are picked up. Not only did they just take us and the vineyards but they also knew a lot about the stiio details and things very interesting Very comfortable and relaxing the walk. Thank you very much Hector (first rate) and Anna too.

A chance to get off the highway… - Hector made this a fun entertaining tour. It’s a chance to get off Rt 29 and see some of the smaller family-owned wineries. Particularly recommend Frisingers w/ Carl. A great day

Excellent Customer Care - This company was excellent! I dealt with Hector and he was extremely helpful in fixing a problem (not caused by this company, but by a third party). I would definitely recommend the company because they are professional and really care about customer service!

Napa wineries - We went to visit 3 wineries in Napa. It was a fantastic day. We learned a lot. Hector was a great guide and helped me plan the best day. Can't wait to go back and see some new wineries! Highly recommend.

A perfect way to explore wine tasting - We visited 2 wineries in Napa Valley and had a very unique tasting experience at both. Hector’s recommendation of the Caves at Soda Canyon was spot on - intimate and personal (we were the only guests in the place!) with delicious wines from several different vintners and fantastic views overlooking the valley below. Our driver was very professional and attentive, and the vehicle was super comfortable. Highly recommend.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! - My family and I had an amazing experience with Hector and Anna on our Napa and Sonoma Valley wine tour! They were incredibly accommodating, even helping us arrange last-minute stops at some fantastic wineries like Artesa and RuVango, where we had an absolute blast. Their knowledge of the area and ability to make adjustments on the fly made our trip truly special. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for an unforgettable wine tour experience. Thank you, Hector and Anna, for making our day so memorable!

Enjoyed! - Hector was a fantastic tour guide and helped in the selection of the wineries we visited. We visited a small family winery and a large winery. Would recommend this tour company.

Sadly a bad experience. - We had a couple of problems with the trip. First, the tour operator snuck an up charge of $200; in theory to cover travel distance $80, a gratuity of $80 and a fuel charge of $40. What exactly did the base fee paid to Viator cover? We had to pay ourselves at two of the wineries.
Second, the driver of the SUV had no knowledge of winemaking or the nuances one would expect. She was cheerful, but limited professional vocabulary. As it turned out she revealed that she is one of the bookkeepers and fills in driving when they are overbooked! Not worth an $80 gratuity. Such a disappointment.
Finally we have used Viator extensively in Spain and Portugal and were delighted with the service and the guides. Very disappointed with this booking.
