Departing from our store at your leisure, the friendly team will ensure you are fitted to the right bike for your needs and will provide you with maps and lots of information on where to ride. You can choose routes that include wineries, a chocolate factory, scenic wetlands, beautiful coastlines and more, the choice is yours!

You will have one of the brilliant bikes for a day, a lot of time for you to explore the wonderful Napier area. Enjoy with safety, this tour provides helmet, lock, map, handlebar bag and mechanical backup.

Great way to enjoy the outdoors - Rented the bikes and rode to the winery. Bikes were in really good shape and check in was easy. They ask where you would like to go and provide a map. The day we went it was very cold so riding against the wind to the winery was very cold. The scenery was great and pedal assist on the bike was very helpful. It took about 2 1/2 hours to get to the winery. Once we got there we decided we did not want to ride all the way back and called the company to see if they could pick us up. They did for a fee but did seemed annoyed about doing it.

Great bike hire located on waterfront - Easily located on waterfront, staff were helpful and of good nature making sure bike and helmet were setup correctly. Map provided and off we went. Great route along some very picturesque coastline. Team were very punctual to ensure pick at last winery pre 4pm to get us back to cruise ship . Recommended to all as very flat and easy leisurely ride.

Napier city bikes waterways bike tour - We made the booking on line. So the bikes were all ready for us when we arrived along with maps. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We cycled through lovely scenery and visited two wineries the first was the Mission Estate winery were the views were beautiful, we tasted four different wines and we were provided with written information about them.
We then visited Church road winery which was in a beautiful spot.
We tasted five wines and had a very informative talk about how to taste wines from one of the members of staff who was from Canada he was extremely knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Highly recommend reserving a bike and it just showing up - We were able to rent an tandem and it was an awesome place to practice riding together. We were so happy we made a reservation thru Viator because the bikes were in short supply and one woman was going to be turned away because all they had left for her was a child's bike. When we got there our bikes were reserved and safety tucked away. I think they were happy exchanging our bikes for a tandem so more people could rent. It's a very popular bike store.

Great bike hire shop - Great service form Napier City Bike Hire - changed from electric to pathway bike at the last minute, no hassle and refunded the difference by the end of the day. Bikes were great and advice about where to go also good. Definitely recommend.

Excellent tour tailored to our interests - The experience with Napier City Bike Hire and tours was excellent. The bikes were prepared and waiting for us. Route maps were provided. They understood we were on a cruise and already knew the time our ship was leaving and already had arranged for a pickup time at the last winery that allowed us to get back to our shuttle location, which is right across the street. The scenery and the wineries available for the tour was excellent.

Great Friendly Service with No Silly Fees - Really great service, no silly charges for extras (like some other places try to get away with), easy and flexible about return times. Good quality bikes with mudguards. We took ebikes - you could probably get away with a regular bike as Napier is quite flat, but it was nice to rocket along at a good speed with maximum assist. Handy location to start and return to.

Fabulous Afternoon exploring Napier - Really helpful advice from the guys here. The bikes were excellent and we were given a route to follow with a map of all the trails. Highly recommend them
