Beautiful city. - Napier is an amazing art-deco city to visit with beautiful building & the country side was stunning.

Lovely Napier - John was an amazing guide and Napier was a beautiful little town. If you have any interest in Art Deco, this is the tour for you. If you don't know what Art Deco is, it is a great learning experience. The impromptu visit to a winery for a tasting was an added bonus. Thank you John!

A Must See & Do Tour - Review: Our tour guide Roy, was exceptional! He expertly navigated us through the charming city, showcasing Napier’s rich Art Deco architecture and sharing fascinating historical anecdotes. His passion for the city was infectious, making the tour informative and engaging. I highly recommend Roy for anyone looking to explore Napier's beauty and history! Roy. took us to the history of the earthquake of 1931 and how the community rebuilt the city very quickly. He drove us to different neighborhoods, the farms of apple orchards, vineyards, Tuki Tuki and much more. He even drove us to Mountain Track where you can see a spectacular view of the city. Just reserve this tour! You will know Napier, Hastings & Hawkes Bay in no time.

Napier Half Day Tour. - This was a great tour, with very informative driver. Enjoyed seeing Napier and surrounding areas. What a lovely country is NZ!

Great experience - Our guide Kirsty had a great personality and was very knowledgeable. She was patient, kind and thoughtful. Water and fruit was available throughout the tour. It was fun hearing the folktales about the people and country. Plenty of bathroom breaks along the way. My group of four had a great time and were so happy to have had Kirsty for our guide.

Napier & Hawkes Bay Tour - Thoroughly enjoyed our tour in Napier/Hawkes Bay. The weather was glorious to add to. Our tour guide did so well explaining the history of the area. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you.

Very disappointing tour of Hawkes Bay - Napier portion of tour was fine. The Hawkes Bay tour was extremely disappointing. The bay was in reality a few suburbs of Napier. Tour commentary included gems such as “there’s a house with a flat roof,” “that grocery store replaced an earlier building,” “the view from this summit is spectacular, but we’re not allowed to go up there anymore.”

Worst tour I have ever had. - Biggest waste of time and money my wife and I have ever done. Only having 4 hours to complete the tour, our tour wasted the first 25 minutes leaving town, only to turn around to exchange 4 passengers that had been placed on the wrong tour van. Our driver had no knowledge of the van he was driving, he didn't know how to work the step or the heating and defroster. Being pressed for time, it was very surprising to our group to witness our driver stop to take a photo of an antique camper van, while we all sat in the van waiting for him to take some pictures. The driver more than once, tried answering his cellphone while driving, totally unprofessional and it showed he was incapable of accomplishing both tasks at the same time as we weaving across the road. Our driver told us he usually drives a large tour bus, but his skills were lacking while operating the van, so I find it hard to believe he could handle a tour bus. A bottle of water was supposed to have been provided for each passenger, but none was available. They also say they will give you a souvenir which is a postcard. While we were pressed for time, we did manage to spend a full 30 minutes at a honey farm. The driver did point out numerous homes as we were driving around, and offered his opinion as to the cost of these homes. If you are stopping in Napier on a cruise and have limited time, don't waste it on this tour.

Worst tour we have ever been on! - Watching our driver trying to work the defroster and then he was trying to answer his cell phone while driving. Totally not professional. He was good at pointing out supermarkets and homes with flat roofs. We did make a photo stop so the driver could take a photo of an antique car.

Horrible Company…Poorly Organized…Cancelled our Tour - Booked a tour months ago with this company…stopped in port of Napier, NZ on an Azamara cruise. Got off the ship and found the tour operator who told us our tour was cancelled ( no notice) she then said she’d put us on another tour. As she was loading the bus she realized there were more people than she thought and said we were out of luck. So no tour for us even though we booked months ago and had recently communicated with them. Terrible company and horribly organized. Only had small bus crammed with people…maybe we were lucky we got axed.
