Navigating the Ten Thousand Islands with an expert. - Bobby clearly has lived his life absorbing the Ten Thousand Islands. Navigating with Cheese, his boat mate, he explained everything from how mangrove islands begin, the colorful history of the area, the incredible fish and animal life that thrive there, to the behavior of dolphins and manatees -- and made it all fascinating.

Ten Thousand Islands - We had a great time on this tour. Such a neat way to see South Florida. The Everglades are vast and diverse as is the wildlife that is there. Great way to spend a beautiful afternoon

Great tour - Captain Bobby was so knowledgeable and experienced. His passion and love for the area came through every moment of the tour. Loved listening to the stories he told about his own observations of the dolphins, ospreys, manatees, and mangrove trees. Bobby also encouraged us to ask many questions as we can. Even though we didn’t see tarpons, it was fun to learn from Bobby all about this special type of fish and their relationship with the area and people.

Ten Thousand Islands - Very informative. It was foggy but our tour operator made the best of it. We saw Dolphins, Manatees and many birds species.

Amazing expedition - We could spot many kinds of birds and dolphines. The most impressive one was the dogfight by a n American bald eagle and an osprey. Our captain was so informative and we learned a lot about the 10,000 islands’ ecosystem. I really recommend this. If you book another boat tour at Flamingo by this company, you can get a discount.

Highly recommend this tour! - A fabulous tour! The captain is an experienced naturalist who has great knowledge to share. We saw alligator , crocodile , manatee, dolphins and so many birds. I highly recommend this tour for families. It is a leisurely place and 3 hours is actually a great amount of time to spend. Be aware that the bathroom on board is a “boat bathroom” which you may only want to make use of in the more dire of circumstances because it’s small- but it’s there!

A great tour of the 10000 Islands area - Captain Robbie and Cheese were absolutely brilliant tour guides. Robbie was very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and Cheese was great at spotting all the wildlife. The sailing conditions weren’t easy as it was very windy and the tide was extremely low but Robbie made sure we were safe and saw everything we could possibly see. His passion for the area shone through. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning discovering the10000 Islands area.

Average experience - Average experience:the boat is ideal: however, it was more a promenade in the Everglades (one go and way back through the same path) rather than a deep discovery of the local fauna. Limited opportunity to see local fauna. The guide talks too too much without stopping one second, so it makes it hard to retain the information and it is tiring at the end.
