• Mangroveman Charters - Experience a close-up wildlife encounter with one of the smartest animals on earth, dolphins, which seem to be naturally drawn to humans and like to show off their jumping skills in our boat’s wake. Other animals which are possible to see while on the trip are manatees, ospreys, bald eagles and different types of wading birds. You will also have a chance to learn about the greater Everglades ecosystem and the steps that are being taken to preserve it. And last but not least we will watch the colorful Florida sunset from the water.

While out on a trip feel free to ask any questions and express any concerns or needs you may have. And don’t forget to bring your camera since there will be lots of opportunities to take some good photos of the sunset and wildlife!

The stated price is the total cost for the boat tour (group fee) and is not charged per adult! The maximum capacity is 5 guests, irrespective of their ages.

This tour includes a visit to the private beach vicinity of Keewaydin Island. Here, you can disembark the boat for a leisurely walk or even an invigorating afternoon swim. The beach is secluded, pristine, and adorned with many undisturbed seashells.

The sunset tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours.

While primarily an Eco tour focusing on nature, we can also take a detour to observe Port Royal (Multi Million Dollar estates) if desired. The vessel we’ll use is a 22’ motorboat featuring cushioned seats, capable of beaching on islands and navigating through Mangrove water passages.

• Swimming is possible during the island stop
• Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Refunds will not be issued if tour is missed due to late or non-arrival
• A maximum of 5 people per booking
• Recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen
• Please wear only flat, comfortable shoes (preferably non-slip)
• There are cushioned seats for all guests but tables are not available on the boat.
• Shade is provided in form of a T-top and more shade can be provided in form of a Bimini additionally to the T-top, if requested.
• The boat is a 22’ open motorboat with cushioned seating for all 5 guests.
• Covid19: Your private group shares the boat only with one other person which is the captain. The boat is not enclosed meaning this is an outdoor event in regards to Covid19.
• Please wait in the Pavillion area next to the parks restrooms for the Captain to pick you up around departure time. The parks restroom area is next to the parking lot.
