Naples in 2-1/2 Hours!! - Your service worked well!! Once able to capture email with tickets for Naples Hop on, Hop off, all went well….as ship’s email can be nerve wracking!! Single ticket worked both Red & Blue line, with Blue line being the most interesting.

Good - It was great to see Naples and all its glory on this bus tour. We enjoyed it. Michael was informative and communicated very well with good eye contact. Even when the tour ended and we needed advice on how to get back to our base he assisted us. He also recommended where to eat. Albeit when we got there the queues were unbelievable!

Good intro to Naples. - Line B is much more picturesque than Line A. If you only have time for one, go on B. The first location was easy to find in the central plaza and each stop was clearly identified along the way (most being shared with traditional bus stops). Starting times from the main station were very punctual. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Good way to see Naples - This was an easy way to see the sights in a short time. We took both routes although there was a bit of a wait between buses. Not a lot of commentary. We pre-booked. It looked like the stop was right outside the port but we were told to walk to the stop by the castle. However, in the end, they let us board there as we were a 8 people and some with walking difficulties. The coastal route was beautiful but I would have preferred a longer drive.

Nice way to see the city! - Something to do sums it up. We first did the 90 min costal tour. Headsets did not work but it was nice to drive along the coast. Naples is actually really pretty when you get out of the city. The second city tour had working headsets w music and commentary which does add to the drive.

Dissatisfied No Hotel Pickup - The trip itself was great but we were promised a hotel pickup and at the last minute we were told we had to walk 20 minutes to a pickup spot and then dropped in the middle of nowhere with an infant after the tour was over. When asked about getting a taxi we were told that it was a pretty significant walk, I was very dissatisfied with this level of service. The information on the advertisement regarding hotel pickup is very deceiving.

What you expected - It was ok for city highlights but audio was not well synced to actual sights. Plenty of stops, blue lune for coast was impressive.
