How To Use

• Present either a printed or mobile voucher for this activity.
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time.
• Your driver will wait and pick you up at the airport exit or the designated pick-up point. Please contact your driver upon arrival. You will receive the driver’s contact information one day before your departure date (at the latest, three hours before your departure). Please make a note of the driver’s contact information.
• Kindly activate the International Roaming Service for your phone before departure.
• If you encounter any difficulties, you can also contact the transfer service’s airport dispatcher for quick, one-on-one assistance. Contact details will be provided on the voucher.

Arrival:

• The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 90 minutes. After the initial 90-minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour will apply.
• For flight delays within 2 hours, the driver will wait for up to 120 minutes without any surcharge.
• For flight delays exceeding 2 hours due to weather, you may cancel the booking for a full refund or pay a waiting fee of JPY3500 per hour to keep the driver waiting.

Departure:

• The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 30 minutes. After the initial 30-minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour will apply.
